Noisy, dirty and dodgy. The windows have no glass but a wooden panel that let all the noise from the street (Edfu's busiest street) come to your room. Impossible to sleep. Cars and trucks passing and using the horn during the whole night. We paid 300 pounds (December 2022) without breakfast. The owner tried to get more money right after leaving the stuff in the room, claiming that the price was actually 350 and showing us some random papers were the number 350 was written. I mean, we had agreed a price and then he tried to get an extra bakhsheesh. Classic in Egypt.

A great choice if you have to spend the night in Edfu. You’ll get a room with toilet and perhaps balcony for 250£ or 300£ with breakfast. The place is a bit old, and some things (like shower) may not work well, but the room was spotless clean and the guy at the reception (Ashraf Karkara) was extremely nice and helpful. And yes, you are in the middle of the Main Street of Edfu, so like everywhere in Egypt you’ll hear traffic, noises and prayers from the mosques all night long!

No hot water for shower. I washed my face with cold water in the winter ❄️. 200 EP=£10 Noisy streets outside. No toilet paper. No towel.

Convenient for the Temple but incredibly noisy overlooking the busy Street. Great local market and lovely people but hotelier rather less so.

300LE/night for double room. Room was clean for egyptian standards. Large bathroom and bedroom with anteroom.

Very good place to take a coffee and restart your activity

Just stop for food. Food delicious, kind staff, recommend it.
