A more or less free hospital, newly developed by an Egyptian firm. A very good construction process and services are top notch. It was developed with the mindset of reducing cost and as a CSR plan to help people who need good health care in Lagos, Nigeria.

The security guy on duty today was so rude and violent,he literally chased me in an attempt to beat me after insulting me on my way out of the hospital. He should really be cautioned!

i had to wait almost 3hours for the result of a Malaria blood test, i feel the hospital should look into this. i complained to the lady at the front desk, she tried calling the guys at the lab but they still delayed me. Please Coptic, do better in terms of speed in responding to test results. Structure wise the hospital is good but process wise, they need to speed up their operation process. thank you.

The hospital is a really good one. Clean, great staff, mindful of people's time and all round professional. If there's delay, a staff will come and explain why. The doctors take time to explain symptoms and diagnosis. Very positive experiences so far.

I give them 5 stars. From the cleanliness, the ambience and the utmost care and attention received from the doctors and nurses. I found a few of the nurses annoying but it comes with the territory. Looked more like an executive hotel than a hospital. They don't come cheap if you're admitted but so worth it.

There's no one holding them or their staff to service standards. The doctors are good and can be thorough but outside that the whole experience can be very haphazard
