Kuramo Beach Residence, the over view. KBR was completed in 2019 to offer an above standard luxurious accommodation, the twin 18 storey buildings has a joint semi-basement floor and a ground floor which is about 3m from the natural ground meant for car park, supermarket, reception and staff quarters, the Terrence floor which serve as one of the relaxation part of the building consists of 2 swimming pools, one for adult and the other for children. It also has executive restaurant, bar, spacious meeting rooms, safe children's playground, interior gym and more...the external recreational center has a standard lawn tennis court, a mini football pitch, open bar etc. Warning! CCTV is watching all the activities in and around the house, take note!!

The beach is not lively, but the KBR residence standing on 18 floors is elegant.

This is very nice resort center located around Ojo local government, to get here , you take boat of about 500 Naira to the destination port where you alight and then it’s easy to find your way to the beach from there. Along the beach pathway , Lots of forest trees are there which serve as natural habitat to some wildlife organisms . In the beach environment, there are two swimming pools present there, the atmosphere is really entertaining and conducive, the ocean water is also clean and the sight of the waves and tides is also therapeutic to be honest. Ilashe beach is a must go tourist centre for anybody coming to ojo local government or even Nigeria as a country

No longer in existence. The place is now the Eko Atlantic. Eko Atlantic is the new 'Dubai' of Lagos which will serve as a tourist attraction centre to the world. It's still under construction by the Lagos State Government of Nigeria

Kuramo Beach is very close Eko hotel. It is a residential spacious compound where you can get best apartments for families with all required facilities. There is table and lawn tennis court and other recreational facilities. It is a recommendable place to live if you need serenity, security and simplicity.

Fun place to be, the beach houses needs a little bit of maintenance. Always go with necessary things you need (if your a foodie like me, pack FOOD) n lots of water. And it’s always a nice getaway place with family n friends. Good location with nice views.

Enjoy 40 minutes boat cruise from Ikoyi to this beautiful beach scenery. The Ilashe beach is very quiet and surrounded with attractive palm trees and beach houses with outdoor swimming pool. It is an amazing hideaway if you want to relax and escape from the city bustle . Highly recommended!!!

I had a meeting here some time ago and it was really fun. This is a fun place to be with friends, it's never populated because it's located in an island of its own and you need to take a boat there and back. Boats charge a fee to take you there, they provide safety vests. You will need food, music, drinks etc if you choose to come here. It's a private beach and beach houses are available for rent. You can also choose to rent security to escort you there is you wish . There are beach bikes that are also for rent. The downside is that when the boat has dropped you, you have to walk on a plank with no safety railings on both sides to get to the beach. The walk is averagely for about two minutes. This should be looked into by the management of the beach.

This was a very nice serene place. I totally enjoyed my visit. It's a place you can visit if you want to get away with loved ones from the craziness of Lagos. Very quiet and peaceful, clean air and sea waves. A very good recommendation for a getaway. A little bit farther than the other known private island beaches but totally worth it.

Just know whatever service rendered here is to be paid for, if not that it’s God that gives air we would have paid for it too. There is a car that helps to convey people to the beach house itself from the entrance of the beach. The beach house is not far though, you should go there with lots of friends or family with foods & drinks. There’s little or no privacy because the residents there surrounds the beach house. They have a restroom worry not. You might want to carry few items with you to share to the residents

The ocean is beautiful.. clean and peaceful.. if you need a moment alone from the rest of the world beside the ocean this is your best option. Other beaches are full with people while this one is not usually full

40 mins boat ride from Ikoyi to Ilashe and you will reach a nice serene beach in the Ilashe area. There are couple of sporadic private bungalows with swimming pool, toilets & change rooms. If you have a friend who owns one of the bungalows, you can spend a nice day trip with family & friends. There is no transport from the Jetty and hence if your friend does not own an ATV, you need to take a walk for 7-10 mins to reach one of the bungalows. There is hotel for overnight stay, however, they are manageable for a night stay. The beach area flooded with plastic bottles, caps etc. and as if there is no one to see and clean them, felt really bad. Lagos Govt. may earn millions by developing the beach area, setting up infrastructure and transport systems.

Ilashe beach is one the most expensive and most private beaches in Lagos. It has a number of lodges that's rented out depending on the amenities. Nigerian celebrities frequently come here because of the privacy. The low key Adekunle gold and Simi wedding happened here. Ilashe beach isn't accessible by land. A boat brings you here. Had an amazing time .would love to come again

Kuramo Beach? Do we still have a beach along Kuramo waters? I don't think so. The Eko Atlantic City has virtually taken over the stretch. That's a story for another day.
