Had an average experience. The apartments are okay however, looks like there's a poor maintenance culture, and if it's not improved on, they may run down in the near future. They need to improve communications between customer service and housekeeping. They called me to say that they would clean the room by 2pm and when I got back at 6pm, they still hadn't cleaned it. All for the cleaner to barge into my room using a master key as "they didn't know I had returned". Looks like they have just 1 person working the whole wing. They should wash the pillows as they have a deep smell of sweat and body odour, which a fresh pillowcase doesn't hide. The blinds don't work properly and the rooms have a tendency to smell dank. The rooms should be aired as often as they can when guests are not lodged. If they can't change the spoilt blinds, they may as well switch to curtains. Check-in is always delayed and the rooms take forever to be ready. The tap in the bathroom sinks have a mind 9f their own. Can douse you in a split second. Finally, improve coordination and communication amongst your staff!!

Good for a quick stop over for single travellers but not long stay and for family stay. They offer a modest complimentary breakfast and room service for other meals. It's right off the highway in Ikeja so that's quite a distance from say, Victoria Island and other attractions but it's quite near the international airport.

Rooms are clean a decent Airbnb for traveller's. Good location to move around Lagos. I stayed in Jade Executive on the third floor.

This was not a pleasant experience for me. The staff members were not accommodating, and the location in which we were located (1st floor) was not conducive for myself or my guests.

This hotel is just so beautiful, and I loved my experience there yesterday. It'ss my second time visiting, and I didn't regret.

It was a hotel in the heart of Ikeja, but honestly I couldn't tell if it was a hotel or Air BnB. There were no towels in the rooms, no breakfast offer and when we requested cleaning, it was partially done. That's why I said I don't know if it was a hotel or not. Now I didn't book the hotel as it was book for the wedding guest. That's why I couldn't tell.

They have terrible and poor customer service, we paid 300k to stay over at two apartments for my brother’s wedding Eve and their staff refused to allow us take pictures on the wedding day, they got us aggregated, ruined our day, ruined our mood and insisted we could not take pictures at the rooftop at the reception or in the premises.

I have stayed in DE Grandeur many times, and I must say the service has gone down. The staff is wonderful, but overall, it's lacking in many ways. For example, room service is poor, and they forget to bring items needed. If I return, I will find another place to reside because the service is very poor.
