The name is exactly what to expect. If your ready to sweat by the bucket load and also get a nice workout session then this is the gym to join. Trainers friendly, a good number of gym equipment, not enough treadmill or elliptical machines but wonderful workout guaranteed.

I workout here and it’s a lovely community, also the personal trainers really know what they are doing.

Best gym in Lagos for sure. The equipment is always well maintained, the staff's amazing and its open air design allows for great athletic performance as well. My faves are KY and Ugo. There's an indoor studio to practice yoga and stretching right after your workout. Free classes too. Also the plans are super flexible. 10/10 recommend!!!

Amazing spot to train. Not the regular weights and all. The ambiance is amazing. And really relaxing. Before u know it u have trained 3 hours. Lol.

I joined the gym 7 months ago and now it’s a part of my lifestyle. Everyone there is helpful, motivating, friendly, professional and encouraging. I am very picky about the gym I go to or the trainer I have and this gym is honestly AMAZING. All the trainers are skilled and never make you feel silly. I’ve hit milestones I’ve never imagined for myself. I’m stronger, leaner and happier! I highly recommend this gym and it’s professional trainers.

A different type of space, super airy, cant wait to see all they've got in store because apparently this isn't all they have to offer, they haven't even fully opened yet!
