They just waste your time without any reasons. I had to spend countless hours for just blood count that should take minutes. The doctor is nice but the lab attendants and so called professionals are rude and not courteous. Kindly enlighten your staffs on customer service.

Promise Hospital has carved a good name & I think this shouldn't be jeopardised for inability to have more hands. I have been in the hospital for 3hours now & haven't seen a doc yet. Time is precious & I think this should be looked at.

A private hospital that acts like a general hospital. They are very slow in attending to patients. How can only one doctor be on duty when there are a lot of people on the queue waiting to see a doctor. Plus the nurse on duty the night I visited the hospital acted so harsh. If she’s frustrated, she can channel her frustration to somewhere else. Very slow system.

Upscale medical center with very good facilities and a very qualified and dedicated medical staff with experience in managing a d treating varying medical cases. It's a hospital you can trust for your health care needs a sizeable parking space , Wheel chair accessible entrance and they are extremely neat with best practices . Also I forgot to mention their maternity facilities are state of the art

Health Care Is Suburb But Promise Hospital Is Fast Becoming A General Hospital Where You Have Long Queues & Have To Plan 3Hrs Or More @ Every Visit.

Great hospital, in a class of its own. They have their own flaws but the good far outweigh their little lapses. The experience has always been consistent every single time I am on a visit. I wish it were closer to my residence.

I like that the diagnostic arm is separated from the main building. And there is no need to carry a file, your details are electronically compiled and can be recollected in any office you enter. The doctors for consultation are always ready to attend. The nurses are cordial and helpful. They made provisions for breakfast and lunch even though we knew it would reflect in the bill😉. Electricity is constant. The generator comes on as soon the power supply is interrupted. The restroom we used was spacious and neat. The usual hospital drug smell does not apply here. It's really minimal. With the number of persons that come in everyday, the hospital is orderly regardless. The only snag for me during my time there was that there was only one doctor doing the rounds for 3 floors including the ground floor. We were supposed to see the doctor by 11am but he ended up coming in by quarter to 3pm. Lest I forget, the cleaner also come in twice to clear out the dirt.

I stopped using this hospital due to their sluggishness and excessive delays. I was in severe pain from a terrible ulcer, yet I had to wait for over 3 hours before seeing a doctor and undergoing tests. Unfortunately, the treatment wasn't satisfactory. Fast forward three years, and I'm facing the same issues – sluggishness and delays. Currently, I've been waiting for over three hours just to get a scan. It's incredibly frustrating. The management should look into this because, most of the reviews pointed out same issue .

Its good,but The nurses are not upholding the code of conduct.if a patient complains,they get angry and argue with the patient,like they aint happy with the work.

I use promise hospital but Because of distance I tried other hospitals close to me, trust me I have not seen any other that can compare. Simply the best I tell you.

Their service is so poor, I do not recommend emergency cases going here cos they will not attend to you fast

There are not organise at all, no sitting arangement, people struglling to see the doctor cause they don't know who came before who and after how. Although there is a tally number on the reciept but not followed. You spend two hours before you can see a soctor

My experience on two occasions in your hospital left me with no other choice than to call your hospital "BIG FOR NOTHING" Your carefree attitude and obvious negligence and lack of attention to tiny details has led to the lose of a baby on the 27/03/2022, whose quest to come to the earth has been caught short by you and your incompetent doctors, costing the innocent parent the joy of having their first child. Please avoid this hospital for your own safety.

Promise Hospital is okay but most times it feels like a public hospital that is just there 🤢. Their doctors sometimes attend to you like you're bothering them.

Honestly the hospital is a sham, the doctor on night duty was so unprofessional, very rude, same with the nurses and kitchen staff too. How can you say a patient should go and make custard from home and not in the hospital?? Terrible service they've got!!!

The services have deteriorated over the last couple of months. Some guy was almost stepping on people to take out Christmas decorations that could have been sorted before people came in. The reception service is so slow. To check vitals, you have to wait for aons. One literally have to budget a day when planning to visit your hospital and which speaks volumes about how low your services have come.
