Two things stood out to me during my stay here which I felt a facility such as this should have done better. My shower consisted of a single hand held shower head which was definitely not giving the right amount of pressure and water for a proper shower. The shower head was also very filthy and you could see the grime on the shower head itself. The air-conditioning unit was also very filthy, you could see actual layers of dirt on the unit and when it was turned off for cleaning and taken apart, the air conditioning filter on the unit was very very gross, more than you could ever imagine. I was expecting a better maintenance and cleaning culture for a facility of this caliber and I will NOT be returning here for any reason. The breakfast buffet was excellent though and the courtesy/service provided by the different hotel staff was top notch.

Beautiful environment and rooms. Good service, cheerful staff and great food too. Although I planned to take a bigger room but there was none available at the time from Lagos. Telephone lines were not reachable, so I couldn't book ahead.

This place was amazing! Clean, spacious, nice rooms with no unnecessary frills. The staff was attentive, and addressed all our needs promptly. There are several lounge areas all around the hotel. The restaurant is nice with good food, and a great ambiance. Even the free breakfast was a treat! Breakfast was a buffet with vast options of food and drinks. Staying here was definitely worth the cost and more.

A very nice place overall. Serene, classy, warm reception, quality service delivery. It’s the kind of place you go, and spend some quality time and never regret it. I gave it 4 stars just cos I can. In all honesty, should be 5.

This isn't my first time here and as always I enjoyed my stay. The staff are very courteous and responsive. I remember my door got locked inside while I was out, it did not take 10 minutes for the maintenance staff to arrive with a solution. The food is tasty and with a lot of varieties to choose from. I think the reception needs a facelift because that the first point of contact once a guest walks in. The ambience and the cooling systems need to be improved upon. Overall, my expectations were met.

I could write an article about how I enjoyed my stay at Park Inn by Radisson, Abeokuta. Their services were excellent. I enjoyed my time here and look forward to my next visit. The staff are very courteous, friendly and responsive to complains. One particular instance worthy of commendation: when we were checked into our room, we realized that the room was quite damp. Initially, I thought it was perhaps due to the fact that room service may have cleaned the floor rug using wet cloths but we later realized that the area near the air conditioner was very wet. We called the front desk and a technician was sent in. The technician (Mr Kayode, very courteous and polite) confirmed that the leakage was from the air conditioner. He immediately called and asked that we be moved to a new room, and within a few minutes, our room was changed. The food at the restaurant during breakfast and dinner was superb. A wide variety of food for one to choose from. The head chef, Chef Chinedu, was always moving round to ensure that guests were being properly served and treated nicely. They have a functional gym that is open 24 hours. There’s also a resident gym instructor. The hotel has ample parking space for cars. The hotel is so large that you can decide to take a walk or jog without having to step out and you’d be fine. There are also a lot of open areas for outdoor picnic and sit out with friends and family. Check in is 2pm while check out is 12noon. Facilities: 1. Large size swimming pool. The deepest part of the pool is 5feet 5 inches. 2. 24/7 Functional gym. However, there’s just one thread mill and there’s no bench for weightlifting. 3. Cinema 4. Basketball court 5. Free Wi-Fi within the hotel premises 6. Lovely spaces for pictures 7. Billiard room. 8. Functional public restrooms and conveniences. 9. Outdoor games (chess, ludo, checkers, tennis)

I've stayed in this hotel a few times in the past year. The staff are very courteous but the maintenance quality is poor. The room had rusting fixtures, and the cleaning and amenities was sub par. Not sure why a hotel has to be asked to provide hand towels, or more than one bottle of water. The breakfast was good, but found numerous not clean plates. They need to pay much more attention to detail, at the price point they are charging.

My experience was one of near shock seeing such a wonderful place in a rural area. Although, the town is one of the principal towns in Nigeria, there are no other hotels in it comparing to the magnificence of the Park Inn. Great, well trained, respectful staff of international standard. The breakfast compares and conforms with international standards. The rooms are inviting. The A/C is of perfect temperature. The swimming pool is very large. The parking for guests and visitors is massive. The ambience is of international and environmental quality. Overall, great place to stay without feeling away from an international metropolitan setting.

Very friendly staff and superb guest relations. There was a hiccup with my reservation no fault of theirs, more a system issue but they sorted it out quickly. The breakfast is good with a choice of varieties to choose from. The chef is good with following instructions as well. If you like pancakes like I do, you may want to be specific on how you like them. But overall, it’s clean, simple hotel at an affordable price.

Overall, I had a great experience here. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was clean though the bed a little small. Though the restaurant is a bit pricy which I feel they should work on. Aside that I had a beautiful experience

I enjoyed the buffet but the time they usually bring dinner is the ish. You have to call them like 2 to 3 hours before one can eat dinner. They need to upgrade in that aspect. A whole 3 star hotel didn't have plantain for consumption but in all I had a great time

It is a nice place quite exotic in the eyes. It also has an eye-catching gallery filled with wonderful paintings nice for photo shots. Their services are quite okay the only issue is it takes time to prepare your order.

Quite inspiring an experience. The staff are courteous and willing to be of service. Although they initially appeared overwhelmed with guests who got in in one night, but copped with the pressure ultimately.

The way Mrs Oluwabunmi attended to us at Room 1031 was unbelievable. She and her team made sure everything we needed was taken care of immediately. This is a great hotel with 6 star customer service. Anytime you are in abeokuta, make sure you tour the hotel and a most is the Buffet style food. Your security is a priority to all their customers.

Mrs Bunmi, Mrs Suliat and Mr. Shola are very wonderful housekeeping, they are professional and yet wonderful. The people working in the kitchen, the front desk(Mr. Tope, Mr. Iyawe and the rest are very welcoming . In fact, all staff of Parkinn from the security to the top management have been sooo great. From a satisfied guest, room 2021.

Environment is clean and surrounding very good. However, your support staff in the restaurants especially the ladies seems to be on the edge, most especially attending to the guest in the restaurants for their early morning meal (Iftar/Sahur). They were not friendly at all, may be it was because the timing is not the usual breakfast time (4 - 5am).

The front desk personnel did not oblige when we asked for check in at 12.00noon against their 2.00pm and they were not immediately ready at 2.00pm. Double rooms were supplied one towel and no hand or face towel probably decadent staff.

If you're looking for a cool place to relax in Abeokuta, visit Park inn. The service is excellent and the professionalism is top-tier. There's a buffet service every Sunday together with so live music as well. Really recommend.

Ogun-Oshun River Basin Development Authority (OORBDA) is one of the twelve River Basin Development Authorities established by the Federal Government of Nigeria under decrees number 25 of 1976 and 31 of 1977. It is a parastatal of the Federal Ministry of Water Resources. Staff are very polite and very good ambience. Internet was very reliable. Covid safety protocols were observed at all times. It is located about 20 minutes from the train station. Rooms were neat and tidy. The security men and control were also efficient. The pool side has a table tennis if you love playing table tennis Overall I enjoyed my stay and the standard buffet breakfast.

Best hotel in Abeokuta. Cleanest. Maintenance was excellent. Service was top notch. Rather expensive though for the size of rooms, but the service made it worth it. Only but, were some of the queer looking guests in the hotel. Overall, love this place. Kudos to the management for keeping it world standard despite it being a renovated facility

I would have given this hotel a 5 star but the service at the restaurant was slow we were compensated for it though. One staff at the front desk was more interested in doing his paperwork than attend to my enquiry.

  • 5/5 Sandra O. 1 year ago on Google
The place was great as usual and the best part are the staff. They are always the first to say hello and regardless of the time of day, every Staff that passes you would ask how your day is going and if you needed any support. This definitely endeared me to them. Finally, they always keep to time with delivering any item to whether it needs to be and they are proactive in addressing concerns where necessary. Little Quirks ✓ it can be quite a distance if you had to walk from the gate especially if you are carrying lots of luggage. ✓ the food was not quite as great as the last time I visited. The meat sauce and the mushroom was my least favorite but they do take feedback very seriously so I'm sure that this would be taken care of.

  • 5/5 Olaolu O. 2 years ago on Google
The hotel is top-notch and I would recommend anytime. However, I would recommend changing the uniforms of the front office staff. The choice of color needs to be reconsidered, as it doesn’t present the hotel in a good light.

One of the best hotels I have been to in Nigeria. Everything is in a perfect state. I have no complaints at all. I think it's the Radisson brand's influence. From chilling AC, regular hot water, squeaky clean room, professional and courteous staff, great buffet and salubrious environment. Kudos to you guys. Please keep it up..

So the only thing I don't like about this place is that it's not in Lagos 😂 I loved everything about it. There are large parking lots, a big swimming pool which is always clean, and the rooms have these porches that you can just sit on (accessed through a glass door in your room) and enjoy scenery. The food was also good and there were so many varieties to choose from for the buffet. It's a total recommend from me. They also have this gift shop full of amazing souvenirs and other staple items. And they have paintings and other artworks for sale as well.

The hotel is quite big, great parking, big reception and lounge area. The restaurant and dining was excellent, the lunch buffet was real value for money. The superior room we stayed had no wardrobe which was strange and a first for me for all the hotel rooms I have stayed. Although it had all the other basic things you would expect in a 3/4 star hotel. Room service was slow although the food was always good. The pool was standard but could be. cleaner, the changing rooms need maintenance. The gym is very small and needs more equipment.

  • 4/5 Derek N. 1 year ago on Google
Probably the best place to relax within 2-3 hours of Lagos! Very good service, restaurant menu was quite good. Loved the quiet - inside and outside. Great family short stay location. Several facilities available within (pool, club room, bars, gym) and nearby attractions to visit during the day.

It was a wonderful experience. All amenities were available to make our stay worth it. The children also had fun swimming and playing games at the arcade. The meals were delicious and the staff very courteous and ready to attend to our needs. It is a great getaway location for family vacation. We'll definitely be back.
