The set up of this business - especially the modern equipment - evince that they are good at what they do. The place is also easy to access; conspicuously located along Sanusi Fafunwa street in Victoria Island, Lagos. However, service can be downright appalling with regards to waiting time. The place is always crowded and you can easily be kept waiting for hours - I spent over 4 hours waiting to see a Doctor and had to leave without seeing one. The staff were not helpful. This is a sore point that needs to be remedied; it is sad enough that people who come here need urgent medical intervention and thus have to endure very long wait times - reminiscent of public hospitals. Another tragic experience was with the convenience. The two male toilets (for a place which usually has over 50 patients at any time) are tiny and the one I used had no lock! A good optical medical facility, but more attention should be paid to customer service and comfort.

The professional services were excellent and the specialists give you confidence everything will be okay. The front desk officers need to learn to thank your patients for their patronage and payments. The attendants upstairs at the theatre lack basic courtesy. Even when you thank them for their service, there is no response. Despite my reservations I will recommend you to others.

Service was poor, I find it difficult to understand what the doctors are saying because of their indian accent and they made no effort to make me understand... The last doctor that saw me just took my case File, asked me what brought me, she didn't even give me the chance to explain, she just cut me short and gave me prescription to get meds. I tried asking her questions but she showed no interest, her attitude towards me was bad, she just told me to go and get the medication. I'm definitely not going back.

The clinic seems well organized. Noise level is very low. Cordial attendants from the door to the reception. Quick registration followed by queued call up to see doctors and optometrists. Waiting area can get crowded even though they have spaced sitting, it gets violated slightly for lack of a better option for waiting. Parking can be very difficult as is for places in the area. Frames are available for purchase, lovely ones too with good price range. Generally, I'd recommend them. Surely.

I had a life-changing experience at the eye clinic. They helped me solve a problem I had struggled with for very many years and sort treatment for in many other facilities across the country, to no avail. The staffers' professionalism and warmth created a reassuring atmosphere. The surgeon's expertise and precision during the surgery exceeded my expectations. The situation with my eye was solved. I am now more confident with my sight and appearance. I'm grateful for the exceptional care I received. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-notch eye care and quality customer service.

I almost lost hope about my father's eyes. He has glacouma and cataract. I have to fly him to Lagos after my elder brother in Austria did a research about Skipper Eye Q clinic My father was a Nigerian civil war veteran, Sierra Leone war veteran and Liberian war veteran When he lost maximum percentage of his vision on both eyes, little did we know an eye hospital in Nigeria can redeemed his sight perfectly He did a perfect surgery at Skipper Eye clinic and series of test and today he has a very good vision and has returned back to the village Thanks to the kind care of Dr Tijani, Mrs. Helen, Mr. Abhinesh and other fantastic staff of this prestigious hospital. The shock of my life is the hospitality of this eye clinic and my father began to ask me if this is Nigeria. The hospitality is the best l have ever seen in my life from any organization, the consistent calls from the hospital to check their patients well being is like a family union Skipper Eye Q is not just an eye treatment center but a fantastic hospitality eye clinic Thanks for bringing smile back to our family We are deeply grateful Dickson Osajie Global Security Analyst

Skipper is a good eye hospital and well equipped with expert consultants and doctors. The only issue I have with Skipper is time management. There is always a crowd there, you can’t visit Skipper and leave in 30mins or even an hour. You practically spend the whole day there. I am just requesting that the management do something about this as people’s time is also valuable.

Courteous staff and professional doctors. Sometimes one may stay longer than anticipated because of the share number of patients to be attended to. Prescriptions for my dry eyes have been quite helpful. Overall, my experience has been good.

There clientele has expanded more than the space they current occupy. The seats are available but rarely empty making the place choked up and rowdy. In COVID era I won't walk into this space. The service is good but the process is tedious. Sometimes the customer care guys are overwhelmed and snap at the customer under pressure.

Do not go here if you value good service. The staffs are rude, very untrained. They don't honor visitors list and will put there friends and family on the top list regardless of who came first. I paid for 4 doctor visits in advance and was only able to use only 1. I do not recommend this place. You can visit Reddington Hospital in Lekki Phase 1 for better care.

I had a wonderful experience at Skipper Eye Hospital. The doctors and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to your needs Dr. Laura and Dr. Philomena, were both professional and kind, and they took the time to answer all my questions and make me feel at ease. The facility was clean and well-organized, I would highly recommend Skipper Eye Hospital to anyone looking for quality eye care.

Diagnosis and treatment of my cataract was a beautiful experience at Skipper Eye Q Hispital. The laser assisted surgery was like a piece of cake. The surgery on hoth eyes each time took less than 8 minutes and was without pain. By the second day I was see clearly - what us d to be blurred because clear as crystal. I could see images nearly half a kilometer away clearly. It has continued to be so six months since then. The cost of the treatment was a bit pricy though. I am have a slight feeling of discomfort in one of the eyes for which I need to go check it at the hospital very soon.

It was a great experience with the staff of Skipper Eye Q during my eye surgery on 31st July, 2021. Infact it seems to me like a magic, I never knew we have such facility in Nigeria. Dr Grace recommended and encouraged me to go for the surgery as I had planned and booked an appointment for it in UK so convincing me to risk it in Nigeria was a hard nut to break. When I got to Skipper that fateful day, I made a lot of enquires and heard testimonies from some patient too but still doubtful. Dr Tijani is awesome, fantastic infact your smile and softly voice calm my nerves at the heat of the surgery. Mr. Abhinesh was able to convince me that next 30mins after the surgery that I can see " in his words, no need to go to UK , it will be done here and you will be happy thereafter" surely, I am very very happy. I can see and read perfectly what I won't do before now. I am grateful to entire workforce, it was a job well done. I can't mention all your names but you guys are wonderful. To show how happy I was, already started sharing the testimonies hence two people have been introduced to you more will come since am in entertainment industry I meet people every day. I am grateful, thank you all. Joseph Odobeatu Ojez Entertainment Ltd

Their wait time doesn't make any sense. They need to learn time management, schedule appointments etc. I don't see why people come in by 5AM and don't see a technician till 10:30AM. They are knowledgeable about eye health but the wait time is quite discouraging. I will not be returning after my money with them is exhausted

As much as I want to get a great medical service, I also do not want to spend the entire day in a facility. The hours you spend in this facility just to get an eye review done is absolutely ridiculous. This has got to be looked into. To get the preliminary test done takes 2hours, then you see the doctor for 10mins, you wait another one hour to get a 10mins test done and have to wait hours to review your test result with the doctor again. How does a doctor see new patients ahead of old patients even when the old patient’s results are ready!?? Absolutely ridiculous!!!
