Ipaja Morden Market, located immediately after Ultimate Micro-finace Bank, is the main general market in Ipaja where you get food stuffs and provisions. The market was recently upgraded from the old structures to ultra modern shops. Prices of stuffs are quite considerate especially if you can locate the major distributors within the market. Parking space is a headache, often by the road side, free space managed by local touts who seeks to charge a little token for parking space. The market needs a bit of organising though, for easier location of specific products and goods.

The road that leads to the market is very very bad, and it is disturbing vehicles from coming in to patronise the market, and it as drastically affected the sales of the market. The government refuse to do anything about it and local government is not far from the market and this amazes me alot.

Ipaja Market is more of an urban fringe market . The market pride itself in being a periodic 4days interval and daily market. If you are lucky to visit on the REAL 4days PERIODIC market day , you will buy farm produce at give away prices. Give the the ""real 4days interval market day a trial " You will save some money.

A good place to be, although poor road network within the market, however cost of items&foodstuffs are fair.

The market is okay because it can be easily accessible and goods are displayed in such a way buyer can easily identify them.

Ipaja market has an open market place. and inlet shops. Dirty&murky environment due to the untarred road. Grocies, fruits, vegetable and and other household goods are available in the market.

Hi my people ❤️ I visited IPAJA Modern Market, Lagos. I went there to get some foodstuffs like the Red pepper 🌶️🌶️, Cameroun pepper, crayfish, fish and other stuffs. I have not been in this market for about 4 years (because we relocated, still around Lagos though, don't worry, we are Prospective "Jappa" citizens 🤣) To say the truth, I had a pleasant surprise, the market has upgraded, now a brand new Ipaja market, popularly known as "OJA IPAJA"; more shops, story buildings/lockup shops, more items on display. I was quite impressed BUT the road that leads into the market from the Okay bus stop did not change ooo 👯 I'm wondering why???
