Great place and very calm atmosphere location so cool and easy to access. The ways of service it's just great as all orders are responded to genuinely and politely. Haven't checked the rooms just yet but the club house was just so awesome and wonderfully design to suit every taste. .... The pool has a great and a wonderful design and finishing too 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯🆗🆗

It's a very good Place. They give a good value for your money. The rooms are spacious and clean. The outdoor bar is very nice and cool. The lighting is very beautiful at night. There a night club that is very spacious too. Of you are looking for a place to spend some nice time with your friends and family, Al-BA is a good place.

The staff are gregarious and amiable. One's treated like a king at all levels of service. The CSO personally accosted me with due courtesy and we exchanged pleasantries. The hotel is a place to be

Adequate parking space and bubbly pool bar. Chilled and affordable deinks and nice finger foods. I'll suggest there should be rails in the pool for more guide. Also, the heavy presence of smokers at the pool side isn't advisable for kids to be there.👎👎

Al-Ba Royal Hotels & Suites has sizable rooms for customers. Rooms are quite affordable. The environment is serene and a good place to chill with friends. A nice hangout spot. Swimming pool has a lifeguard on a standby who is in charge. Maximum Security is guaranteed! I had fun here though.

Beautiful ambience and can be relatively serene on days when it's not crowded. There are arrays of light meals and refreshments; music and drinks by the poolside is a thing Here. Don't be too shocked if you see teenagers moving around with a cigarette stick or weed okve every while

Came here to swim and the pool looks brown. It's a stagnant pool, so imagine yourself bathing in the same water with 20 other people when going. Their fee is personnel inflated also, they just charge you based on looks.

The staff was so rude and lack professionalism. They refused to myself and hubby in to a room that was booked for us, did not get even try to clarify the error, did not offer us another room and would not refund the money we paid. Very poor service.

Used to be one of the best chill spots in Akure. Still quite good. In lodging and outdoor services such as pool services. But the management needs to improve on maintenance. Especially for the pool.
