Lagos State government need to wake up to their responsibilities. There's a huge concentration of the population here! Bad road network not making the estate attractive. Light shouldn't be expected in areas like this, obviously. It can be wrapped up with lawlessness with the numbers of commercial motor bikes and semi-trained drivers operating the mini-buses.

Unity Estate is a great place to live mad enjoy the basic things of life. I have lived here for about 17years, and I can state categorically that its lovely place that's relatively serene and secure. Any family would enjoy the neighborhood. The place can now boast of contemporary house structures which is attracting more people.

The Famakin area Is so worst, there is no drainage. LCDA don't visit the area ar all abd it can infect people living in the area
