The hotel looks amazing structurally, hence our decision to lodge in; but the service we got was nothing to write home about. First, we got to the hotel around 15:40hrs to check in, but we were told that we came late. My wife opened the site we booked with and it was clearing stated that checking in was from 14:00 to 18:00, so they said they had no room for us. That aside, I asked to speak with the manager and the front seat manager came, I asked her why they did not call to ask if we were still coming before giving our booked room out as we were still within check-in time, she told me emphatically that THEY DO NOT CALL THEIR CUSTOMERS! she repeated that not once, but 3 times as I tried to make her realized that what she was saying was totally wrong! Also she claimed that their check in time was 14:00hrs exact! Anyways I left angrily as they have succeeded in ruining my wedding Anniversary which we planned to celebrate. Less I forget, those at the reception were wearing long faces, no smiles nothing even doing their jobs sluggishly with so much insensitivity. I went in with high hopes, but the staff totally dashed my hopes with regards the hotel. They need to improve staff wise cause those their do not know what they are doing - They are in the hospitality sector for Christ sake!

I gave the room a low score because I haven’t visited any of the rooms before. But the service we got even after getting to the hotel at midnight was worthy of not. He wasn’t in a hurry to go and brought our drinks out. The swimming pool was exquisite with Rollace inscribed into it. I need to stay at the hotel to enjoy its full amenities but I will surely do it soon.

My first time in Rollace and I will surely come back. State of the art gym facility with a good gym instructor. You are free to use the gym as a guest, I told the gym instructor that I was on transit and he dedicated time to me like a regular member. I appreciate that 🙏 The workers are super friendly and helpful. The environment is beautiful, clean and safe. Close to local and international Airport.

The motel room is nice and I appreciate the gym. The servers and DJ are very rude and disrespectful. We had our wedding and we asked if they could play the music a little louder for us to celebrate and throw dollar bills. The server straight up said that “they couldn’t do and if we had a problem then to just leave.” We are returning customers this isn’t our first stay at this hotel. But the fact that we had such a lack of respect on the day of our wedding. We will be giving our business to a new motel from now on.

The experience here is superb, onsite services and variety of excellent food and drinks. The staff are courteous but there is need to improve on response time.

I used to frequent this place a lot till they did something terrible to me. After a Pos payment was made for several nights, the accountants insisted they didn’t receive value so we paid again. The bank later confirmed they received value, yet all efforts to retrieve the initial payment proved abortive. To crown it all, several months later on another visit, we tried to speak to the owner of the place whom we recognized from previous visits. He ignored us and walked out on us. That was the last straw!!!! Nigerian business owners really need to take courses in customer management. I won’t recommend this place. The poorest customer service ever!!

Apart from loosing my wedding ring while washing my hands after using the toilet, i had an amazing experience. It was easy to get around. The staff made sure everyone was following the set rules. Their entertainment lounge was ready to welcome guests as early as 4pm. Unlike many other hotels, Rollace makes sure that the air is beautiful to breathe.... And about loosing my ring, I guess it's time to divorce my wife and remarry as what binds us together Is lost

Was new to Ajao & needed clean good Gym... Rollace Gym was it... my best service was the neatness... Towels were supplied & cleanup after every person's use, staffs were friendly.... Equipments are dope and enough!! I am going to miss the gym leaving this area... sad to leave, cos getting a good service gym is hard...thank Rollace

Service is rather too poor, drink into hotel even as in guest not allowed. Even when I come as a couple, complimentary breakfast is for one. Their tea tray is nothing to write home about. None smoking floor and every everywhere is smelling of tobacco! Management needs to do more work.

Nice place, I love the environment it was really neatttttt , nice scenery too, the music selection is nicee too and there's also live band 😌 their performance is top notch. I wasn't so impressed with the bar because the cocktails was not all that nice, the restaurant made up for it cos the food was good, makes you feel like chilling with the big boys😂 I'm all about affordability and this place is affordable

It was very comfortable here. The beds were amazing. If you like music they have that by the pool every night. Breakfast was very good too. Staff was very friendly. I'd totally stay again.

Our stay at the hotel would have been perfect if not for the really expensive and super spicy food sold on the premise. plus the receptionist (lady) on duty on the afternoon of the 18th July shouldn't be allowed anywhere close to customers. She is bad for business. Aside these, the hotel was clean and very comfortable. Most of the staff were customer friendly. Will sure be using again.

Excellent location for travelers using either the international or local airport as it is only a 10-15mins drive away from both airports

The primary concern revolves around the rude behavior of the dining area staff. Upon arriving late for complimentary breakfast, I inquired about the timing and overheard them gossiping about my tardiness, which was both disrespectful and unprofessional. Furthermore, the room service personnel the night before seemed disinterested, giving the impression of being forced to serve. Regardless of age, guests deserve respectful treatment. My disappointment extends to the hotel's poor internet service, which was intermittently unavailable – a significant problem for business travelers without local internet options.

The hotel is nice and very cool. Mr Dan was always up and doing, making sure everything is working fine and people enjoy their stays. It's a good place to stay

The hotel ambiance is average but the service is poor. We went for breakfast and your breakfast table has no milk for coffee and oatmeal/cereal, no Eggs and breads and the few pancakes is cold, hard and dry. The only available breakfast is stew but potato is not ready, I guess still cooking at 9:00am while breakfast ends at 10am. HR manager on duty said that they have eggs but it was not approved for breakfast, this is absurd. My room comes with breakfast for 2 people, but since there’s no standard breakfast I placed a paid order for noddles and egg and surprisingly it has approved egg since I paid N4000.

The food was great. The staff were hospitable and professional. It had a friendly and amiable ambience. I totally recommend

Beautiful place although constantly switching up power every 5 mins, TV was down during stay and WiFi wasn't readily available. For a hotel like this WiFi password should be given upon arrival without asking

The facilities in the hotel were good and the ambience was great. However, the breakfast staff need more training. I mean whatever you do, don’t forget to put the serving spoons back on the plate because they will have a go at you. What was that about? It’s your job and you’re getting paid to look after the buffet which is not a very difficult task as it is. Others were nice, helpful and polite. Also, no yoghurt on the buffet. I mean after eating yam, I believe one would need yoghurt for proper digestion. It’s not rocket science. Don't get me started on the overpriced food. Perhaps inflation hit them harder than other hotels. I would stay again because of the location but I will be having my breakfast somewhere else if possible.

This is one good hotel everyone visiting Lagos should experience. It's a home away from home. Very neat, great customer service, nice meals, beautiful. Keep up the good work

The hotel was nice and the hospitality was great. Only thing I can say I am frustrated about is they double the price just because I was tourist. My husband who is Nigerian said if I would have paid in naira it would have been cheaper.

I must say i had a terrible experience today. My friends and I got there at 8pm, placed order for 2 platters which took forever, all the lovely waitress ( promise) kept saying was 30mins, 20mins which turned into hours. A platter eventually came at 11pm and we were asked to start eating that one while we wait 10mins for the second one. Decide to wait for the second one since it was meant to be 2to1 platter. Prior, some guest who arrived an hour 30mins after us got served 2 platters and the supervisor said it was a mixup . While we were deliberating on what to do about the order, a waiter came and took the one platter on our table to another guest. I have never been this embarrassed in my life. We paid for our drinks and left at 11pm without eating anything. I won't advise ladies to hang out alone at rollace hotel because you'll be humiliated even with your money. Other times I've visited, their service has been amazing ( or maybe because our men came with).

My friend and I came to the hotel restaurant on the 1st of Jan for dinner and although the food was delicious, the kitchen service was atrociously terrible. We were given one bulky menu to pore over (management should consider printing paper menus for each table). We arrived at 5:30pm, placed our orders of starter and main menu and by the time we left by 8pm my friend had only eaten her starter, main menu had to be taken away because it came so late. I think the restaurant staff prioritised those at the pool over those sitting in the restaurant. Cocktails didn’t come until 7pm. Lord their cocktails are killers, we had the ‘Rollace on point’ and couldn’t remember our names haha. The waiters did their best to placate us and the ambience in the restaurant was good, soft lounge music would’ve been excellent. Also, staff might want to consider placing forks on the table, spoons and knives only are a bit weird if you’re not eating rice.

Good place to rest and hangout. Except the service at the restaurant which for me needs more improvement. I had to practically beg and beg for water to drink long after I had finished 2 course heavy meal. The fruit salad was so small that it didn't go around at all. No desert. And yes it's affordable God bless them yet if those are improved it would certainly lead to more sales.

I was referred to the hotel by the manager of Emirates. I called the hotel to confirm room availability. I found the hotel with much difficulty after hours and checked in to two different rooms. The executive room and a classic room. After 30 minutes, my guest reached out stating difficulty of reaching the hotel and not wanting the room anymore. Went to the front desk to ask for a refund being that the classic room was no longer needed. I was met with a very rude resounding NO and a bogus statement about "no refunds within 24 hours of booking. Mind you, the room was never stepped in. I asked to speak to the manager who kept me waiting for 30 minutes, only to come back out with a typed cancelation policy on an iPhone note. The "general manager" Marco and the "manager" Moses who by the way was standing and didn't say anything for the duration of our speaking finally stepped in to say "go sit down" so rudly. Grace who was the receptionist kept mute for most of the conversation and didn't care because we had paid! This is a hotel not suited for professionals and business people but for ... others because that is how they deal with their guests.

Wonderful staffs, great service, large enough parking space, big waiting room for guests just by the reception, great outdoor view and relaxation spot. What more can I say about Rollace, they are truly one of the best in Ajao Estate.

Location is convenient and family has stayed here for years. However I was very disappointed with my last stay. Facility is not being maintained and some of the rooms are falling apart . To remain nice the facilities have to be maintained and upgraded. The outside looks nice but what about inside? Also the restaurant had run out of almost everything on the menu, drinks included. It was nice to see the new menu but pointless if ingredients no dey. I will give rollace one more shot but after that it may be time for us to find somewhere new.

Rollace hotel is located at a strategic and secure place in Ajao Estate off the airport road. Easy access to the International airport. The rooms comes in different sizes and prices respectively. They have enough rooms and their services are top notch. You should visit there too…

The hotel has a really lovely ambience. So we had a sendforth party for a colleague who's relocating, and we used the restaurant area. The parking space is really spacious and can tak3 quite a number of cars at a time. They have a gym, poolside bar and a restaurant. The poolside bar is really beautiful and the pool is clean, clean! Their food is mmuah! Superb! I had the special fried rice with croaker fish and some others had poundo yam and ofe onugbu, and yam porridge, which was really delicious, I know because I tasted all, yes!😁 Overall, I'd give it a 7! It's a lovely place I must say. And I hope they keep the standard.

Great for a night before flying and arriving if you a late or early morning flight.

This is a decent hotel that does everything in African ways. I would rate it as a 2-star hotel. The pool always stays murky and the breakfast is terrible as there is no variety just one remnants from the penultimate day. Please don't book more than one day per night as they are terrible of refund. They want to create special account for you and put your money there, what about if you are not coming back to Nigeria again? After checking out and no issues, they should be refunding people into their transfers account. This is a Public Liability Company and can fold up any time, does that mean your money is gone? This is a terrible experience for me and still waiting on their manager to get a refund.

I used to loveeee this hotel but things have changed a lot. The staff used to acknowledge you every time you entered or exited-not anymore. There used to be cream or milk for coffee complimentary-not anymore. There was noticeably a new foreign manager who also had a stern look and didn't acknowledge guests, which made me see why the change. I will try a new hotel next time. This hotel is in a great location close to everything. The parking lot is small.

Beautiful place, so much space. Everything is very pricey. I’m not even joking, pricey, so carry money go oh. Also they don’t let you microwave any food that’s not theirs. 40k for a standard room.

Food and house keeping was good. Front desk receptionist....bad attitude "Amarachi" too many rules on where to access even as an in-house guest.

Cool spot to hang out. Was pleasantly surprised at the renovations made from our last visit. Wait staff was pleasant and nice, but the kitchen really let her down. Food took an age to show up! The picturesque ambience and the young, middle-class crowd give it a nice vibe. I'm guessing after two or three more visits, the place will get boring, but for now, I'll be going back!

Awesome place indeed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good hotel around the Lagos airport. If you are travelling from abroad, please check into this this is closer to the quality of where you're coming from. I would have given a 5 star but because payment online for a suit wasn't perfect.

I had a wonderful experience at Rollace. The scenery was very nice and I was able to take beautiful pictures there. The pool was clean as well and the staff was very cordial. Also, the food was very aesthetically pleasing and it tasted equally nice. Room service was good as well. All in all, I had a great time. Would definitely visit again when next I come into town.

Beautiful hotel, extremely clean and staff are friendly! Only issue was we checked in to one room my husband and three kids they were not accommodating to some of our needs such as extra blanket and pillow! Some Of us slept on our room floors with no sheets or covering!

It's a magnificent guest house/house. It's very comfortable and have everything one needs in a lodge. Well space room, meet and attractive. I recommend the hotel to every traveller coming to Lagos.

Rollace is super nice but situated in a busy environment. Great staffs, Sophisticated Ambience with solid hoteliers all going above and beyond to we enjoy our stay.

Clean rooms, delicious food and professional staff. They just opened a casino on site so you can have a go on the slot machines. The poolside bar is also nice. Helps that it's close to the airport so you can catch your flight in time without worrying too much about Lagos traffic.

3 mins drive from the international airport and 10 minute drive to the local airport. This is a travelers dream rest stop! The bar and pool area is nice and cosy. Good for easy relaxation and to throw back a drink or 2. Menu is packed too and very affordable. I'd recommend over and over again .

A very nice hotel with beautiful environment. Has a swimming pool, lovely spaces and lounges. It's got a mega screen but the pool side where all can watch a football game. Very serene. Love it! If you're not too bothered about prices, if you love quality, then it's a good place, you'll get value for your money. 😊👌👍✌️

1. It seems there is a party every weekend until midnight. So if you don't like ridiculously loud music, then don't go here 2. This place is actually a beautiful place in a secured location. However, just like a lot of things in Nigeria, maintenance is lacking. I was pulling hair out of my bathroom because it wouldn't drain properly. The faucet was broken and according to maintenance, it's been there for a while. 3. The breakfast in the morning was over packed. It's almost as if they didn't know how many people were staying at the hotel. With such a big crowd at breakfast, logic dictates that they just let people take whatever they can fit in their plate with them to their room. Well apparently, they don't do that here. 4. I will say the staff is generally nice and accommodating.

I'm rating them five star. The environment is nice and cool, 24hours electricity and internet connection. The staffs are nice to people, receptionist good looking. The environment has a nice fragrance, can't wait to visit again

The location is strategically close to the airport. The service personnel were quite professional and efficient. Their food was also tasty. However, they could do better with the menu of their buffet.
