The beach is big, nice, quiet and cool. The waves are strong. The beach is also very dirty. I visited there for an ocean clean up so I did my bit. Let's try make the world a better place.

Lafiaji beach is located at Baale St. Once you get down at eleganza bustop along lekki-epe express , you board a keke or a bike to the bike. I don't think there is a gate fee. The beach is very dirty. Alot of foil packs, clothes, shoes, nylons etc present on the beach. These dirt are been washed from different places as a result of what we lagosians throw into the water body. Improper waste disposal is a very big factor and that's what causing the beach to be dirty. I love the fact that the beach is not too crowded. We a group of volunteers gather to help in the beach cleanup once a while and also educate the community on how to properly dispose their waste. The ocean needs us🙏🏽

Lafiaji beach is a newlyfound, wave crashing beach located after Lekki, right at Eleganza bus.stop, VGC. As at the time of this writing, the beach remains free to access. (Some folks will print fake ticket for you to try and convince you to pay), don't just pass through the main entrance, there are other route to get to the beach. The beach is roughly dirty, as no maintenance is done on it. However, the serenity and beautiful wave is there. To get to the beach, If you are coming from the mainland or island, alight at Eleganza bus stop, take a bike (between 300-400) to the bike. If it's raining season, the road to the beach is always messy with lot's of water, try to not wear foot ware that can get easily damaged Various stuff is being sold on the beach, as it's a community on its own (Lafiaji community). You will enjoy your stay.

The perfect place to be on a sunny day because you don't get to feel the scorching heat of the sun due to the waves from the sea. You can go alone and just bask in the scenery or you can go with a couple of friends m The feel of the breeze and waves while walking on the sea shore is something to experience. Also good for a picnic or a hangout for friends. There are bars and lounges there as well. You can get amazing view of the Atlantic ocean from here, while you can catch a glimpse of the Eko Atlantic City. If you are deep into photography, then this place is just right for you as you can take some outstanding photos here.

It's basically okay.. although not like the typical recreation beach as most buildings have been demolished. But looking for a quiet place to just chill with by the water then sure is.. and yes it's free as it's just the community people who live there

It's one of the least explored beach areas in Lagos, surrounded by a rural dwelling community.

This place isn't really a recreational beach or something. It's just a regular beach behind people's houses. No proper entrance to the place, you have to go through the back of people's houses. Also it's not well taken care of at all. Dirts and all sort at the sea shore.

Lafiaji Beach is one of the least explored beach areas in Lagos, surrounded by a rural dwelling community. There are small canteens selling drinks, food, and snacks. No large-sized beach resorts yet.

Not your regular kinda beach ....untapped and not clean ..I hope it's going to be discovered real soon ..to keep it clean and up to standard.but it's still cool for an alone time.

I would have given it zero star if possible. There is no reason for anyone to visit this "beach" for now because it is not functioning, extremely dirty, and the route is terrible. Going there is total waste of time and you will end up regretting it .
