Finally, our leash free dog park!! Small, but better than nothing. Big and small dogs in same area, the space nearer the soccer field could be made for smaller dogs.

The park was a nice escape before but they have now added excercise equipment. Multiple pieces of gym equipment (welded down of course) are available for use at no cost. The area is shaded so it can used in almost any weather. Love this park

Loved this place. Never been before and didn't know it even existed. The playground... amazing , the fitness equipment and area ...amazing, the other children and they're parents...very nice, respectful and courteous. Very clean very spacious and great area altogether 10+/10

Veterans Park in Imperial Beach has been completely renovated and trust me when I say it does not disappoint! The park features a large playground with an ADA Bridge/Sway Fun Glider, swings, climbing equipment, musical equipment, and an integrated tot lot area.The playground has partial shade but it’s best to wear a hat or apply sunscreen if visiting the park on a hot day. Also, this is a new fitness area with shade just a walking distance from the playground. Bathrooms are very clean, a dog park is located on the back end of the park and don’t forget to visit the Imperial Beach library (also a walking distance from the playground).

My dog never wants to leave. He loves rolling in the grass and I love the beautiful pine trees. There is a really nice brand new playground. I like working out on the free outdoor gym. When mother nature calls visit this beautiful park !

Had a great time line dancing here at this park the instructor was great they had workout machines and even a new playground for the kids also right by a library

Enjoyed the dog park , I’ll keep an eye for the pet water fountain. And the regular park it’s pretty chill and quiet, and they have this awesome dog statue/ monument.

Great Family oriented park! My daughter and I had a BBQ there for the 4th of July.

I would like to change my 4 star to 5 stars. The park is still relatively small but they remodeled everything, I mean everything. All new obstacles and foaming pad. It's a whole new park. My son is 5 and he loves it. Thanks Imperial Beach and whomever was involved on the Overhaul 😀

Veterans Park has a wide range of activities for all ages. It is near the library and senior center. There is a gazebo, places to fly kites and picnic areas. There is a circuit exercise space, children's playground and dog park. Also nearby are restrooms and accessible handicap parking. Beautiful new park for families to enjoy.

This is a clean and well-maintained park. The locals were friendly.

I found a group of kids up to no good today around 1pm playing with fire! This kid trying to puncture an earosal can with a knife and light it on fire on the kids playground!

Love the park, it's a great space. The only thing is trees need to be trimmed and more lighting would be great for the evening. That's usually when I take my dog and the sun is or has set.

Love this park it's close to my house, awesome dog park, clean, lots of playground equipment (however it needs a new paint job, paint is chipping a lot)
