数ヶ月前、21時55分頃に到着しドライブスルーは22時までだが、あと5分あるのでドライブスルーレーンへ…しばらく待っても応答なしだったが接客中なのかと思いそのまま待っていると、バイトっぽい男のコが出て来て愛想なく「22時以降は店内で注文してください」と…22時前からいたんだけどと言ってもそのまま店内に戻って行った。 まず気づかなかったのかしらないが、待たせて22時を過ぎてしまったことを謝って、レジなどのシステム上どうしても22時過ぎてしまうとドライブスルーが利用できないならそれを説明して店内で注文することをお願いするのが普通ではないかと思う。 無言で店内に戻って行かれ、気分を害したので店内で注文することなく帰った。 本部にメールで問い合わせるも、本部の人も理解していないのか、待たせたことは謝ってくれたが、まずこっちは待たされたことは怒っていない。 店員の態度の悪さに関してと、今後また同じように時間内にドライブスルーに行っても、気づかれなかったり、店内の接客中で時間を過ぎてしまったときは本来、どういう対応なのかを聞いたが話が噛み合わず終始、待たせたことを謝られるだけで終わった…。

Sukiya in Inazawa I went at noon and there were a lot of customers.

Foods are good. Different place of shop provided different styles of ordering. In here, walk in, take a place, then server will come to you. At town, once walk in, ordering from vendor machine, then pass your order ticket to server. This cause I have to us take away bowl during dining in🤭

No matter when I go, the clerks are unfriendly. I can't even say hello. Whether it's the store manager's fault or the company's fault, it's at a level where it can't survive unless it's a chain store.

牛丼ランチ大盛りを頂きました。 ランチの卵が無くなっていたのが残念です。 また復活して欲しいです。

チェーン店なので味などは問題ないと思います。 20時くらいに行きましたが店員さん2人に対してテイクアウトが5組ほど、イートインはカウンター3名テーブルはほぼ満席、ドライブスルーもお客様対応と、明らかに従業員不足です。 座ったカウンターも、前のお客さんの汚れが残っていました。汁だくとお願いしましたが（タッチパネル）なっていませんでした。 従業員さん怒る気にはなりません。明らかに人手不足だからです。何とかしてあげて欲しい。 昔ほど牛丼も安くない、提供時間も早くなくなってしまったら魅力が半減してしまいます。

I don't go to Yoshinoya, but I do go there once in a while. You can use Docomo's De Points, so you don't need cash. The miso soup here is better, but you have to break the eggs yourself and they come out all by themselves, so your fingers are always wet with the whites, which is a bit of a problem 😖💦

The food is great and very affordable and they were very accommodating for foreign residents here.

美味しいけどお持ち帰りで特ウナギュウ皿頼んだらギュウが入ってなかったので星2です。

ファーストフード店なんだから、もっと早く提供出来るように人員配置しないと。キッチン一人でキリキリ舞いしてるのにホール担当は水も出さずに無駄話してる。

It was around 9pm on December 9th, and although there were empty dishes and some customers were confused because there were no seats to sit down, the woman at the cash register said that there were people waiting at the register. Talk to other people and interact with the person who seems to be your boyfriend in the store who is coming to pick you up. I was also irritated that other customers were not allowed in in favor of my boyfriend who was ordering takeout. And while people piled up at the cash register, I couldn't even get a drink of water from my seat and was just talking to my boyfriend and my part-time worker. When another male employee arrived at 9 o'clock, I left the store with my boyfriend. After that, the man's workload increased and I felt very sorry for him.

Generally, everyone here doesn't have a good attitude, but the lady with glasses who often comes in the morning has a really bad attitude lol He brought the food, put it down without a word, and just said, ``I'll leave the bill for you.'' LOL I generally like Sukiya, but I can't help but think about the quality of the staff.
