My family really enjoyed staying in the hotel. "Ursula" was in the reception and helped my family to stay in the same floor. The hotel service (restaurant, staff) and bedrooms are very nice. Good price, good service. I strong recommend this hotel.

This is good hotel option for those who are traveled to Indaiatuba for business meeting purpose.

Great experience for a business stay. I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The room design is very tasteful and their staff is friendly. I had my fair share of hotel bed over the years but this bed was amazing! Maybe it helped that I was very tired but I slept like a baby and I didn't had that ever in a hotel. Mattress, pillow and blanket are exactly right. Breakfast was plentiful with food quality. From my point of view their star classification is clearly underrated. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay in Sao Paolo.

I saw the picture on the site and reserved a suite room, but the actual room was different from the picture, so I asked for a room with a bathtub in the picture, and they said no. As I checked, there weren't many customers on the day, so shouldn't the hotel change rooms for sure. I don't understand.

Even though the staff doesn’t speak much English, if you speak Portuguese you can get an outstanding service from the staff! Price is reasonable and clean rooms! Gym facilities are great! Close to a shopping mall within walking distance!

Very well located, easy access from and to the motorway. Staff is very polite and helpful. Parking is great with a vallet service provided by a partner company. Conference rooms are really good and the service to support conferences is great.

Very nice hotel with a good breakfast spread. Staff speaks english and there's a restaurant in hotel in case you want to have lunch or breakfast. There is also a mall next to the hotel which has lot of dining options. This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Indaiatuba.

Close to a mall, the food service is really nice at meal. The only issue is: exactly the same breakfast offer during my 14 days.

The hotel is nice, but they are purely after money, they charged me a no show, for this they have the right, but when I paid the parking (27 BRL.) they pretended they did not have any change and asked if we could leave it like that, without my change. I said no, and then they stalled to give me the return money, took them 15 min to find change. # money driven hotel # no customer service
