(4.5 stars) First time here, or any restaurant in this chain. We do not have it in Washington State, where I'm from. The service was fast and friendly. The restaurant, drink and condiments, and bathroom areas were all clean and looked new. The outside parking and landscaping looked well kept. The food (burgers - fries - onion rings) was tasty and at a good price. I also tried a couple unique items on the menu - was very happy!! Pretzel Bites & Cheese (plus the) Deep Fried Cheese Curds. Enjoyed them very much. If ever out this way again - I'll go again!!

It was my first time there & I will definitely be going back. Everyone was so welcoming & friendly when we went in. The food was AMAZING!!! It was hot & freshly made. I've never had a grilled chicken sandwich so thick, tender, juicy & flavorful. The fries were piping hot which rarely ever happens at other places. My shake was excellent too! My son & daughter in laws food looked wonderful too. Just perfect everything!!! I was truly impressed & highly recommend this place.

I just want to say how amazing my experience was! This was absolutely hands down one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had! The staff was so kind, friendly, and always had a genuine smile on. They were polite and patient, they even held the door for us as we left the building. The food was A+! It was fresh, and hot, the veggies on my butter burger were crisp and full of flavor, the burger patty itself was hot and straight off the grill, it was juicy and delicious. The bun was soft, buttery and crispy on the under side! This will no doubt become one of the few restaurants in my rotation that I will frequent! It is so hard to find quality of food and cleanliness of a business but the best was the employees and their kindness and genuine attitudes. I am so happy to be able to leave such a great review for this Culver's location!! It was a great experience and one that made my day!! Thank you so much!!

Love this place! If you're ever in the area, stop by here and get a cheeseburger or a concrete for dinner and dessert! Service in the drive-thru is fast and good is very good. I think I'll have to rank it in comfort food! I also love the idea of a flavor of the day! My only complaint is that the service is sometimes slow.

When the food is cooked fresh, there is none better. By far the best. Problem is when you go thru the drive thru and they ask what can we cook fresh for you today, it would be nice if it was cooked fresh, not what's been sitting there under the heat lamps for the last 5 minutes. You can tell old fires and rings from fresh cooked. I will still keep going there. Maybe next time I will be surprised and its hot and cooked fresh. :)

Culver's is a great fast food chain. I wish there was more locations but when I get a chance I make sure to swing by. The burgers are fantastic. Also make sure to try the cheese curds.

Pretty underwhelming experience this time around. Total misunderstanding with my order for one; ordered a butterburger with cheese basket. I guess that meant only cheese on the burger, no additional fixings or condiments. Hair on my wife's hamburger; neither hers or mine. And no ranch with our cheese curds even though we asked. Definitely could have been a better experience. $26 spent and definitely not $26 of worth of effort (or food!).

Was ok but not worth the price. There was a tiny bit of potatoes as an example. I ordered this to go after I was almost done eating in. Before they brought my to go food I pushed my dine in stuff to the side and no one took it. I paid more in the past because of the service but other than being nice it is lacking now. I have a picture that I can't post of my potatoes less than 1/2 full. There was also lots of fat on the pot roast.

All the Culver's we have been to were top notch. This Culver's is a cut above. I will go so far as to say this the most consistent of all restaurant I have been to for quality of food and also customer service. No matter the time of day someone is there with a smile and ready to take your order. They are constantly roaming the dining table's cleaning or asking if you need anything. If they see you have finished eating they volunteer to take your food tray. I have never seen one of the young people that work here be anything but courteous and I have never seen anyone show any type of attitude. I don't know how they do it but I'm sure happy they do.

The food is pretty good for fast food, but this Culver's is far too busy. I don't know why this particular Culver's sees so many more people than other Culver's in the area. The drive through line often wraps into the parking lot. Walking in isn't any better as the restaurant is often quite busy.

Perfect as always. This location is hands down the best. The service, attitude of employees and atmosphere make it a great dining experience. I love the roast beef. My husband gets the shrimp dinner. You know it is good when there is usually a line all the way thru the parking lot. A lot of credit should probably go to the manager for keeping such good employees with such a great attitude.

The best burgers for fast food! Long line today but they moved it along quickly. I pushed over my drink with a lid and a little spilled through the straw and a nice worker was there almost immediately to wipe it up for us with a smile on her face! She also helped pick up our table as we were gathering our trash to throw away. Service there is top notch and everyone is friendly. I’ve never had a bad meal there!!

Culver's has one of the best burgers I've ever had, and as someone who is not a cold dessert fan, I must say their frozen custard and sundaes are just delicious!! Their service is super fast and friendly and professional, always. They have a long line in the drive thru most of the time, but for good reason!! I always dine in because it is faster, and their condiment bar is always well stocked, and the whole place is always kept very clean. I LOVE Culver's!!!

We were there 3/9/23 around 5pm. This was my first time ever going to Culver's. I saw a FB ad & that's what got me to go there. I was impressed by the food and service altogether. I feel like I've found a place where I can go on a regular basis. Plus, it's on my way home from work.

We come to this location fairly often, and the service is the first thing I will compliment. Everyone who works here is phenomenal, and we appreciate them so much! The food is always fresh, and the inside is clean.

The food was fresh and tasted great. The kids ate everything and they can be picky eaters. The service was top notch with each person we encountered being kind and responsive. The facilities were clean and provided a nice environment to eat.

So glad we stopped here for a bite to eat and ice cream. The food was great, but what really impressed me was the staff. So courteous and friendly! We were met at the door by someone with a smile and we left with someone smiling and waving at us. Very nice visit.

Above and beyond service!! Everyone who works there cares about service. I love the parking attendant. Courteous and needed. Keeps us in order and safe. Food is always great. Atmosphere is busy and loud but normal for busy fast food. Love the drive through to go! Fast and accurate.

This was a rare occasion to stop for fast food, but it was a good choice. The food was much better than the usual fast food places, and the service was great. There were so many employees that I tried to count them as they were moving around. This is why they're successful. Most places are understaffed, and getting something quickly is rare. This will be my go-to, when in a hurry.

Oh my goodness 😲 there was a young man to open the door! And anther to direct traffic to keep things flowing smoothly. I'm not particularly fond of this restaurant, especially the fries. I never go on my own, but was asked to join family today, so I went. When so many places are hurting for employees, this place has a ton!! So many young people ready and willing to work. I asked a bunch of questions to my cashier. She said it was a great place to work. I was very pleasantly surprised at all the workers they have and the smiles and friendly service

I have never felt so helped at a fast food diner. There were so many workers ready to help any guest that needed it. If I dropped my straw on the ground I think one of them would've came over and picked it up for me. Didn't even have to open a door while coming in / leaving. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. 10/10

Literally every single time I eat here the food is perfect, and if it isn't the staff is quick to fix it. I love almost everything on the menu and it makes it very hard to pick sometimes. Their fries are literally my favorite fast food fry (although that's just my personal opinion) and are actually really good dipped in their ranch and bbq sauce.

I stopped by the Culver's in Olathe after a long walk. The restaurant was packed with people but the order line was was quickly served by smiling and happy crew. The manager herself was at the register I was in. As busy as the place was I got great service with a smile given a marker to take to my table for my order to be delivered to. The wait was not long at all much faster then any fast food restraint of late. My order was complete hot and fresh. I ordered the pot roast sandwich with onion rings and a chocolate shake. I can't stress enough the pleasure that pot roast sandwich was to eat. Serving portion was large and the taste was unsurpassed. Onion rings were equally satisfying. Followed by the chocolate shake. A perfect meal and experience. While a full restaurant vacant tables were quickly cleaned condiment station well stocked garbage cans not overfilled and serving trays quickly policed by smiling crew members. I didn't see or hear any complaints or concerns shared by any of the guests seated or leaving. I didn't get the managers name but she is top notch and clearly the envy of her crew. I will return and share my experience with all I know.

Friendly & quick service. Food was fresh & hot. Restaurant was clean. Good quality all-American meal. Price increases not nearly as high as other area fast-food joints.Will definitely be back!

I want to give a shout out to the friendly humans at Culver's for their fantastic customer service. Tonight in the drive thru, my order was somehow missed, but that's okay, mistakes happen. After I asked someone if they could check on my order, they did, and 5 minutes later, brought my food out, apologized for the wait, and also brought me not one, but THREE (good) coupons which have two free meals and a dessert. Owning up to mistakes and welcoming back guests in any service industry is important, and this place really hit it out of the park tonight with fixing a mistake. Much appreciated. Service has always been great, friendly and easy to work with. 10/10 Anyway, onto the food. Food is always consistently fresh and tasty. Never had a bad meal from this location. Thanks Culver's for your great meals and service

Super service. Friendly employees. The food is amazing. Ice cream is very good. Convenient location with plenty of parking. Ellie was working when we came in. She held the door for us and took our order. She was very sweet and pausing as we put in an order for 6 people. Great job Ellie!
