I’ve really come to liking Cracker Barrel. It brings back memories of the olden days. The food is actually pretty delicious and I’ve enjoyed browsing through the gift shop. There really is a lot to choose from. Things raging from gifts to local memorabilia. I also loved the Christmas selections. This is also where I could find a Kansas State cup that I desperately wanted. The waitstaff is also VERY attentive and we were seated quickly.

Excellent experience with my family. From the breakfast food to the staff, immediate seating, timely delivery of our meals, and a great waitress, it was what we expected from the Cracker Barrel! We love the timeless tradition.

When arriving at this location. Waitress was nice. Service was going great so far. But as soon as we got our food we also got our check. Which made us feel rushed. As eating our food. The steamed broccoli was not steamed it was as hard as a rock like it was just heated up for 10 seconds and served. The hand breaded chicken tenders were good but a couple of them were just breading. Would not eat here again.

Our waitress Alysa was awesome! I can appreciate someone going out of their way and bringing drinks before you have to ask. The store and restaurant seemed very clean, the food was just a little bland. Everyone was friendly. I ordered the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes. The potatoes were a little dry to my liking. For two of us to eat there with drinks was $28.00. This place had great pricing and a home style vibe.

This place puts longhorn to shame. The steak is way better. If you get medium here, the steak is so much more juicy than longhorn's medium. There is also so much more flavor. There is also less fat and tendon to suffer through. It is also much cheaper. 19.99 at longhorn for just steak and 2 sides and 12.49 here for almost double the food.

Great customer service, our waitress was amazing!! Made sure we had a great spot for my service dog to have space. A big part of the menu has seemed to of vanished.

Always a great place to take the family to dinner. I enjoy spending time with my sons and my grandchildren. Great family place to have dinner with them. Food is always good and portions are big, I always rake home my leftovers for a nice meal later. The servers are friendly and courteous . The prices are great also, just a little over 10.00 for most meals.

So I tried their new cream stuffed french toast and it was amazing. It has a lot of carbs and calories, but you guys gotta try it.

Food was very good. It’s comfort food and very filling at a very reasonable price! Their fried pickles are good with little grease on them.

Love the restaurant. Every time we travel this is the place to eat lunch or dinner. Good fresh home style food, choice of dinner and breakfast plates. Not really expensive, in my opinion worth the money. In this particular location everything was fresh, good service and positive waitresses and cashier.

Good home country cooking! Love the variety of breakfast & dinner meals. Very reasonably priced. Excellent staff and service waiters/waitresses. Ample seating space for single or group of people. Great atmosphere! Love the warm up fireplace on chilly evenings.

Probably the very best breakfast I have had in a very long time. The dish pictured is Momma's French toast with warm peaches and " an unreasonable amount of whipped cream". At least that was how I ordered it. You can order it however you like! But it was amazing! Everyone loved their breakfast and I tried the strawberry lemonade which I also thought was fabulous. Probably the best Cracker Barrel I've eaten at. Service was friendly and attentive even though they were completely slammed on this Labor Day weekend. Good job everybody.

We have been going to Cracker Barrel for many years. The food has always been delicious 😋, and the servings are generous as well. Their pancakes 🥞 are to die for!! We'll be back soon. There's a rumor going around that all Cracker Barrels are shutting down...NOT TRUE!

Worked here for three years. It's a very family oriented environment, they strive to help one another. Unless your fiance gets pneumonia and is hospitalized on Thanksgiving, and you decide that spending the holiday with a terrified loved one is more important than serving tables, because then they fire you immediately. Looking at you, Brian, GM of Cracker Barrel store number 243. Hey other than that... come for the food, don't stay for a job.

Starters it's nothing but a giant make you wanna spend your money with the giant gift shop right as you walk in and you have to pay for your food in the gift shop second it's horrible food with there syrup being way waynto sweet the ham pieces are not worth the price as you gett s tiny portion size the chocolate milk comes in cartons like we got in school when we was kids and the eggs had zero season like have they ever heard of salt waffle house Dennys IHOP are a better choice

I enjoyed Delicious tender, light crispy coating on COD with Greens and sweet cinnamon Apple slices. They are famous for their Country Meals and that is why families love Crackle Barrel. The restaurant has table seating. Antiques and vintage signs and kitchen cookware and more adorn the walls and artificial fireplace. Their store has bags and boxes of candy, chips, jams, old style ale, clothes and toys, puzzles and books for children, plus more. Great service. Clean. Not wheelchair accessible, but is Disabled accessible with Disabled parking. 5-7-2021. Mgb.

Great place with outstanding staff! My wife and I have come to this location many many times and it's always a treat. Manager and staff go out of their way to make each guest the priority. You can feel when this kind of service is genuine.

Where as the delivery special you guys offered (order over $25, get $20 off) is what sold me. The delicious food is what has convinced me to eat here often! The fried chicken was good. Quite salty, but the honey packets gave a perfect salty/sweet balance. The fried okra was really good, but your biscuit beignets... Your biscuit beignets were the BEST DESSERT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AT A RESTAURANT!!! Ih my frickin' goodness those beignets were absolutely incredible! #KCFoodie #CulinaryAdventures #ExploreYourCity #OlatheKS #HighlyRecommended

Food is delicious whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The key is finding a good server. They’ll always fix an issue if you ask or they see. I once ordered 5 pancakes and 3 strips of bacon. When they got to my table I didn’t even have a chance to look at the food when she said, “I’m sorry those pancakes are burned I’ll go tell them to remake them.” Next thing I know I have 8 pancakes. Another day it was the same with my bacon and I end up with 6 pieces of bacon. Both times I hadn’t noticed at first and I probably would’ve just lived with it and said nothing. If you want the best service I recommend asking for Sierra when you go.

We had had a bad experience at a different location recently so I was concerned about what we might experience this time. However, I believe in second chances and this time it paid off. They were busy so I expected a wait. Turned out to be only a couple of minutes. We got seated and again only had to wait a couple of minutes before our server, Josefina (according to the receipt), appeared to take our drink orders. She was very busy but still hit every table to check on her guests, including us. I rarely had to wait for a refill of both coffee and water. We placed our food orders and again were pleasantly surprised. The Bacon and Egg Hashbrown Casserole was as good as it sounded. The biscuits were bigger and warmer than the last time, too. In all, between the service and the food, I feel Cracker Barrel has redeemed itself, at least with this location. Thank you. And please, give Josefina a raise. She was friendly and on top of her job the whole time despite the rush. She deserves it.

We just did a pickup order here and it was our first time eating Cracker Barrel. I was pleasantly pleased by everything at every level. The online ordering was so easy. 👍When we got to the restaurant for pickup, we didn't have to leave the car. 👍The food was plentiful and tasted great. 👍Last but not least, those cornbread muffins were awesome🔥🔥

It was normal Cracker Barrel fare. As a franchise they are mired in the past and so anyone with dietary restrictions has to order carefully. I was able to put together grits and a scrambled egg plate and not leave hungry. They wouldn't swap out my biscuit and gravy for anything else, so I gave it to my kids.

Omg!! The maple bacon chicken with cheese was amazing!!! Best grilled chicken I've EVER had. Told the waitress if I wasn't in public I'd licking the plate clean!!

The best of all worlds, quality, service, and price. The food is always excellent with many fine dishes to choose from. The service is always friendly and helpful. The price is always reasonable and you usually take stuff home to have for another meal. The gift shop area is full of things that are interesting ( and good to eat ) as well as look at. I've never had anything but all around enjoyable experience.

My mom is a big fan of Cracker Barrell, and their food never disappoints, if you like traditional American home cooking, it’s great. It’s hearty. Food always comes out pretty quick when I have been there. Service has always been wonderful, and I have been to this location countless times. Great thing for kids, while waiting, you can go peruse their shop.

Food was good, great merchandise. However the wait was pretty long and they packed us in so close we could hear the conversations of the tables on both sides of us. They lost our ticket so the food was delayed but they took care of it and gave us a discount even though we didn't complain. Very nice wait staff.

Waitress was friendly and promptly. Food was good and fresh. I was just disappointed because they didn't have the hot apple cider

I have eaten here a few times recently and I have enjoyed all of my visits there. I always get the Chicken and Dumplings and it fills me up every time and sometimes I even need to take some home all for around $10. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Service was great but we probably won't be back to Cracker Barrel. In the past it was easy to get meat and eggs. The new menu has biscuit and gravey with everything. Pancakes are a premium side but you can't change it out... Just hard to eat here 😪 when we use to find it easy. The food we did order was quick and good but hard to pay 20 dollars for food when you had to take off Biscuits or Pancakes...

My party total 9 with 3 toddlers so yes Sofia had her hands full (she was our server), but she did great. And to my surprise Kansas has a southern vibe.

Today is my Daddy's birthday and he LOVES the ham steak. Due to the pandemic and health reasons we haven't been there in well over a year. TONIGHT WAS PERFECT. Great service. And Great food. And a HUGE SMILE on my Daddy's face! TY

Great service from Nick. Visit Cracker Barrel is always an unique experience. Indeed taste like home cooking food. Plates don't change much unless season changes. Still, no veteran/military or senior discount. Any reason why?
