about
experience,
I
had
a
bad
one
in
terms
of
my
camera
repair.
However
by
no
means
this
is
a
bad
service
center.
They
are
prompt
in
response.
They
did
understand
cameras.
The
person
over
the
phone
seems
to
be
a
perfect
gentleman.
Only
issue
was
with
the
display.
I
was
told
that
LCD
unit
has
some
water
infiltration
and
is
damaged.
Needed
to
be
replaced.
I
conformed,
though
the
camera
wasn't
used
in
water
for
almost
a
good
8
months,
and
it
was
working
fine.
I'm
reviewing
this
as
a
feedback
and
scope
of
improvement
for
them.
1.
I
was
asked
to
handle
my
repaired
camera
which
is
50ft
waterproof
and
shockproof,
with
care!
And
it
was
told
with
assurance
that
it
would
be
for
lifetime.
Within
5
days
of
delivery,
my
camera
is
not
working
anymore
as
I
used
it
underwater
in
4ft
swimming
pool.
The
response
from
Mata
Electronics
is,
as
this
was
unibody
camera
they
couldn't
do
anything.
Well,
then
you
guys
could've
warned
me
that
my
waterproof
camera
would
no
longer
be
so.
Why
would
I
have
invested
in
repairing
a
camera
for
Rs.5400
to
become
ordinary
point
and
shoot.
I
would
have
bought
a
new
one
adding
some
more!
2.
The
bill
at
the
end
was
delivered
on
a
plain
A4
sheet
with
no
GST
or
Regn
Number.
Seriously
questioning
about
authenticity
of
the
shop.
3.
You
guys
do
not
return
the
replaced
parts.
How
does
a
customer
know
that
it
was
indeed
replaced,
and
original
parts
are
being
used?
Even
if
you
show
it
to
us,
we
would
never
know!
4.
I
needed
to
pay
in
cash
or
online
to
delivery
persons
account.
I
had
to
call
up
to
check
authenticity.
Was
this
needed?
Don't
you
guys
have
an
account
of
your
own
shop?
Please
check
on
these
points.
Before
I
can
regain
my
trust
on
you
guys.
