Very unprofessional and rude behaviour. Took 650 rs for small moulding in camera battery holder. Which was not useful even for single day. Due to corona i was unable to revisit the shop.still i called him over phone and said him about problem,he said he will fix it anytime when u visit next. And when i visited Today in unlock situation, he said warranty for 1 month is over and with a very attitude face he said i wont fox it and then distracted me with showing other problem in camera. Very unprofessional better buy new camera rather visiting to this unprofessional shop and manager mata electronics

Well, this is about as inauthentic as it can get. Strangely when I called Nikon service center they pushed me to this shop saying that they were farther and this would be more convenient for me. I needed sensor cleaning for a travel so went here. They remove everything including the straps and won't take the lens along to keep the dslr body from dust. It is not ac controlled and staff (including manager, see photo attached) has food on the same table as they repair or keep opened dslrs astray They charged me a bomb (2500 for dslr servicing and lens servicing each), and 8800 for what He said and spelt as appature unit. I noticed during my travel which was 2 days after collecting that it had more spots than before. Getting them fixed was another ordeal. No gst number or anything for their bill which only says estimate. I paid nearly 14 k to wreck my camera. Stay away from this place.

Entire Scam is going on!! Be aware ⚠️⚠️⚠️ 1)No transparency wt he does... 2)Google map location is different and actual shop location is different!! 3)After getting Negative reviews he's deleting old page and creating new one with different address! 4) owner is too rude! 5)he will take advance 800 .. without knowing wt happened to dat lens! After dat 3000 ka bill🥲. 6)ask him original bill with GST.. He is a scammmmerrrrr-never visit this place save ur things and money!!

Crowded with a density of two wheeler traffic on n a very congested narrow road. Good response from staff. Just gave my camera for servicing, will add my experience, once servicing done.

It is a fraud/scam shop. He cheats people while changing internal parts of drone , camera etc. Do not get trapped. His shop itself is in Chor Bazaar of Bangalore.

As it is about experience, I had a bad one in terms of my camera repair. However by no means this is a bad service center. They are prompt in response. They did understand cameras. The person over the phone seems to be a perfect gentleman. Only issue was with the display. I was told that LCD unit has some water infiltration and is damaged. Needed to be replaced. I conformed, though the camera wasn't used in water for almost a good 8 months, and it was working fine. I'm reviewing this as a feedback and scope of improvement for them. 1. I was asked to handle my repaired camera which is 50ft waterproof and shockproof, with care! And it was told with assurance that it would be for lifetime. Within 5 days of delivery, my camera is not working anymore as I used it underwater in 4ft swimming pool. The response from Mata Electronics is, as this was unibody camera they couldn't do anything. Well, then you guys could've warned me that my waterproof camera would no longer be so. Why would I have invested in repairing a camera for Rs.5400 to become ordinary point and shoot. I would have bought a new one adding some more! 2. The bill at the end was delivered on a plain A4 sheet with no GST or Regn Number. Seriously questioning about authenticity of the shop. 3. You guys do not return the replaced parts. How does a customer know that it was indeed replaced, and original parts are being used? Even if you show it to us, we would never know! 4. I needed to pay in cash or online to delivery persons account. I had to call up to check authenticity. Was this needed? Don't you guys have an account of your own shop? Please check on these points. Before I can regain my trust on you guys. Thanks for returning my camera.

This is big scam. It's time we should pull these guys to Consumer Court. People who have had bad experience like me we can come forward and stop this scam so others are saved
