Pros: My room was really clean and quiet. Surprisingly it had amenities like in hotels in the western world, such as a kettle, coffee, tea and even a toothbrush! A washroom was outside the room but I had exclusive access to it. Hot water was available. Inside a rather interesting sleeping pod there was a TV installed. A previous guest from Poland must have forgotten to log out from the Netflix account and I could use it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a nice peaceful neighbourhood outside the downtown core. In my 3-weeks trip across India it was definitely one of my bests lodging I slept for its value and cleanliness. I'd definitely stay there again! Cons: When I arrived on a motorbike, a young bellhop immediately jumped into my feet and wanted to take my backpack. I did not want his help but he insisted and took it anyway. Later he was demanding a tip for going with me on a lift and opening the room. I recommend the staff is trained in basic expressions in English so that when a guest refuses help, the bellhop should not be intrusive and just walk away. There was no breakfast available which was a pity. It'd be nice to have a breakfast buffet available for an extra fee.

We were there for three days and from check in to check out, it was one amazing experience. Raman at the front desk was as polite and accommodating as one should have been. Perfect rooms, amazing cleanliness maintained and services offered the moment you need them, without any delay. Highly recommended!

Located in a posh area, opposite a park. The surroundings are calm and quiet, except for the serene chirping of birds, morning and evening. The neighborhood park is well maintained and has a jungle gym, walking path, etc. The rooms are spacious, well-lit, and spotlessly clean. The furniture is aptly made. The linen used is soft and of good quality. Mr. Satish took excellent care of us. I m really grateful to him for making sure the kids could have milk even at 1:30 am. He made refreshing tea and a delicious breakfast, customized as per our recipe. The terrace is beautiful. We had a wonderful time making midnight coffee and having it on the terrace while enjoying the natural breeze. We had a great time and felt it was a home with the facilities of a five-star hotel!!

Our stay at HolidayVilla and Suites was excellent and very comfortable. We were three families that booked the entire third floor for wedding: the rooms were large and spacious, the common living area was expansive and huge, the kitchen was equipped with a working stove and all the utensils, and most importantly, it was always kept super clean. There is an extra common bathroom also in the living area. The interiors are also quirky and pleasant - definitely Instagram friendly. At Holiday Villa, the management - especially Sagar - made our stay very comfortable with their quick and impeccable service. Clean towels were supplied and rooms were cleaned very quickly after requesting. They were also very polite. This place is located in the heart of Green Avenue which is an excellent location to be in. Central, quite, and not very far from old and new parts of Amritsar. Pro tip: if you are staying here, please check out the terrace in the evening. It’s simple but quiet and serene and offers a good place to unwind. Will 10000% recommend and be back soon.

Recommended place to stay for luxury experiences. We stayed here for a day and it was amazing throughout. It is kind of personal property converted into hotel, they have various categories of rooms available. They do have a common fully functional kitchen wherein you can cook anything you want. Moreover, they do have cook facility who can cook for you if required. Else, there are multiple food delivery options available near by. The common area is well lit and maintained. It is very much recommended place if you are going with your family or group as all the amenities and services are upto the mark. It is located in middle of city from where everything is just at walking distance. Highly recommended property , completely worth the money we paid.

I had a really nice stay at Holiday Villa. The place is well maintained and has clean rooms. As mentioned in other reviews you sleep in a pod which works perfectly fine. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they do everything to make your stay a great one. The place is opposite a park in a quiet area, it's only a bit remote from the temple but a cheap riksha will get you there quickly. Highly recommended!

Really ENJOYED my stay at this delightful hotel/homestay. I had the single room with the "sleeping pod", a very surreal experience, but definitely worth trying. (The bathroom is next door, but you have solo use of it). The staff were delightful, always helpful, cheerful and courteous. The location is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre and a lovely little park directly opposite. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and everything in good working order .(NB If you have the single room and want hot water for your shower, you'll need to make sure the immersion heater has been turned on! 😜)

Overall a very nice place for a family, staff very friendly, Satish Ji is very nice and friendly and Raman Madam also very nice and friendly, the owner Manveer was also very helpful throughout. The location is great and rooms are nice and clean. Room service was available at all times and Satish Ji managed everything for us and he was great. We had tea/coffee, breakfast etc and all nice. Only problem we had was the room wasn’t cleaned throughout our stay, I guess they waited for us to ask but this should be standard as per hotel standards; and only other thing was the general waiting times of room service which were slightly longer than expected, hence a four star review for this place, but we would be happy to stay here again.

This room is for solo traveller, not good for family. Room and services are not as per they charges. Price of the is too high, as per service. They don't provide your breakfast, lunch and dinner, as promised by owner. It is type of home stay not hotel. Even home stay provide you Breakfast. Room was also not much clean. The charge for should be between 2k, not more than this. We have paid 3k per night, which was not value for money. As you won't get food service as claimed by owner that cook will cook food for us..( not chargeable basis) but don't get food. It is minus point, we have always go out for dining. Which is very tiring.

Last weekend I was stay with family for a week It was a really wonderful and fully luxurious and comfortable stay . Rooms was very beautiful , well and spacious , fully equipped with room's amminities and neat and clean . very big lobby attached with modulled kitchen , specially for those who came with family and group , they can sit together and enjoy. Service was very good . Staff was very professional with good attitude with manners . It was really very fantastic and very silky experience for us . 👌👍🏻🙏

I recently visited Amritsar to visit The Golden Temple and we booked HolidayVilla to spend the night. We had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were kept neat and clean. Service was fast and the manager and staff were very accommodating towards our requests. The rooms were smoke free and there are dedicated outdoor spots available for smoking if anyone desires to. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend the place, which is conveniently located close to the Railway Station and Old City.

Amazing hotel! Raj (the owner) is very helpful and kind. The hotel beds were comfortable. The rooftop is really nice. It is also in a relatively safe area. Everything was clean. Would definitely come back here! I highly recommend!!!

We as couple went for a leisure trip… took a bath tub room.. wow the room was just too romantic and the property in whole was just amazing. We enjoyed our stay there and specifically the food they prepare was also just like home away from home. Highly recommended for couples for a beautiful and blissful stay..

Nice stay for 2 days in one of posh area of Amritsar. Easy to reach place and well maintained property. Booked smaller room located on second floor but rooms located on the third floor seems to be very spacious and luxurious. We were served hot Aloo Paratha on our first day for the breakfast by Caretaker Mr. Satish... overall nice experience of our first time stay in Amritsar.
