Have been a legacy customer since their inception availing their browsing/printing/designing/even telephone services (when they used to do those). After a longtime recently went their for a simple print, no other customers was just me alone with some staff and the store manger. The store manger asked me wait outside, had to wait almost 10 minutes. Other customers were attended. Very rude attitude/customer service by the manger. You may find him on the main cubicle. On cost I’m not pretty sure whether it’s expensive or not, two b/w page doc costed me 25 RS.

One stop shop for your printing needs. My order was done without even visiting Romansons. Files were emailed and payment done online. They informed me when the job was done. Competitive rates and prompt delivery. Will do business again. Highly recommended.

V upsetting experience. I had given the order for printouts and lamination for school purpose on Saturday. I had requested to give that day itself. Today is Monday. After 3 repeated calls from me late evening...they say we cant give today. Maybe tomorrow morning (Tuesday). This is for a purpose... i needed today to set up school related things....if you cant give... pls tell the customer so... i could have checked else where and got my work done. What sort of service is this!! Too upsetting!!!

It's better to find a different place to take print outs, less professional and unfriendly. Very high cost for printing and higher than reasonable price. They even add GST for printing few pages.

Superb service, very quick and prompt: I was a part of corporate function and running out of time on my deliverables. Mr. Sumith had managed and coordinated everything on my deliverables and delivered everything before the agreed time. I absolutely recommend this place. Thanks!

Went to print some photos- The attitude and behaviour of the staff were really bad. Hope the management would really look into the customer service

*not recommended for taking printouts * They are showing that they will take black and white printouts at photostat rate...for a single page they charged me 10 rs..why it is so?? ...so those who are going for taking printouts go to other shopes like copyclub near zam zam ..they will charge only 1rs for 2 pages..

I know this place for last 8 years. Go there only if u don't have any other option. Very rude nd unfriendly staff. They are so much into moral policing. Especially towards students. Very expensive. Not at all recommended for architects and engineers. Last day i went there thinking they might hv got better service now. Guess what, they got worst.

I had last minute orders for printing, the team at Romansons helped me every step of the way, from connecting over phone, helping me pick the right design, the right paper, to completing such a big order on the same day. Highly unprofessional and not keeping the basic courtesy to the customer. But a person called Geetha is very good and customer friendly. Others acts as the super owners and trying to create difficulties for the customers. I stopped to seek their service.

They charged me unnecessarily for their mistakes. I provided design and they charged 500 for designing. 2 sheets pf paper(each cost 47) was stuck in the printer and charged for that as well. Very bad experience. Never would recommend anyone. For 20 wedding card they charged 1500. Its better to rob a bank than looting from common people

If all other printers in the nearby areas are busy then this is the next best to depend.

Called up on Sunday for an urgent work. Sumith dealt with the assigned work very efficiently and gave it fast. Keep up the good work!!

Personnel experience is that one of the most fast and quality work delivered along with supportive service. I recommend them that one of the best centres of documentation enabled services.

I am a customer of you for past few years taking print on tracing paper. your print quality is very good and sharp. But now some staffs have no politeness towards the clients. May be due to workload /work pressure or inadequate staff strength. Also previously after sending mail and calling you gets ready our work. we just needed to collect it. But now even after calling print will not get ready and we need to spend some 10 or 15 minutes there. I usually comes there by around 5.30pm -6.30pm. Those firms consider customer is the king, flourishes and others vanish.

Online section staff shifana is very smart, friendly and very sincere in her work. We are very much satisfied with the prompt service that she has rendered. We will definitely recommend her to our friends also for future services

I got a poster printout (glossy paper) there and the print quality is really good. Colors are printed in the exact way as made in the powerpoint. The customer service at Romansons needs an appreciation. They were approachable and helpful in printing the document as well as in reaching the destination.

Very expensive, especially binding.. Not at allrecommended. Unfriendly and haughty staff.Forget about the motto "customer is king", they treat you like beggers at their foot steps.Avoid the place if possible.

My visit to Romansons twice has indeed been a very pleasant experience. From reception to delivery I have received hazzlle free service. Worst service offered, manager is the most arrogant guy ever seen without any due respect for customer. Also it's very difficult to get works done from here. There are lot of other places which offermuch good service with better price, here they are trying to make money by cheating customers.
