😠 I was really excited for this place to open up so I could try out their burgers. Unfortunately, this place was a huge disappointment. The burgers smelled like old rancid grease and tasted terrible. The burgers smelled like old rancid grease and tasted terrible. We both took one bite and spit it back out, saved the rest of burgers and returned them for a full refund. I don't understand how a brand new restaurant can have such low quality control. Why can't they properly clean the equipment??? Even their milkshake was sloppy made, it was super sticky on the outside and their lids are open on top, so be careful if you go through the drive-thru, because once it melts you can easily spill it in your vehicle.

Have been excited for this opening day since installing the electric to this brand new clean restaurant!! The service is well above par, even for a 5 star restaurant! That's why this Freddy's deserves 6 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Steak burger is to die for! Highly recommend the chocolate custard to wash it down!!!

Update: 10/26/23. We came for dinner. Wow the place has really improved since the last time I was here. Service was a little slow at first because the cashier was helping with the drive-thru. I think the cashier’s name was Lova but she was very sweet. Manager on duty was very nice. Place was clean. We ordered the triple steakburger combo and the grilled cheese steakburger combo. Both of the steakburgers were fully cooked and hot. Meat was moist and juicy. Not salty. Fries were seasoned, although it had a bit too much salt at the bottom of the pile. Fries were also hot. That fry sauce taste really good with the fries, you can take as much as you like. I have updated my review to a 4/5. I saw the ridiculous number of 1-2 star reviews but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since they’re still relatively new. The place was clean. Service needs to be worked on, for 2 concrete shakes it shouldn’t take that long to make. Culver’s was able to make them pretty fast. This was also around 9 pm so they were slow. Food, we ordered 1 dirt and worms and 1 peanut butter. Peanut butter was a little too sweet. Dirt and worms was a disappointment. The Oreo part was fine, but the gummy worms were hard and really chewy. They should have just bought a bag of fresh gummy worms from Mariano’s and put it in my shake. Overall, I would not recommend. You’re better off going to Raising Cane’s next door.

Great place if you like long waits, cold 2/3 full order of fries order and salty lukewarm burgers. Food obviously not cooked fresh to order. Counted 17 employees working, most standing around. Dirty restaurant, garbage overflowing inside. So much for making a good first impression in a new market. Avoid.

Had to give it a try walking up seemed clean, inside was clean friendly service so I had the original double with cheese and a Pepsi was not bad nor was it good. Somewhere in between something seems like it’s missing or maybe it was the meat it did seem to break apart a little easy like soggy almost but not quite and a little on the salty side with the namesakes behind this brand I expected more thank you

What a hot mess. Newer restaurant in the area so I went for a burger and shake. It was just okay. The second and third visit was cut short because I was told there was "at least a 30 min wait for anything"??? After waiting in the long line at the drive thru, I was angry and just drove off. It wasn't even during busy times. Seriously, a 30 minute wait for a burger at a fast food chain? Horrible management if you can't even take care of paying customers and basic orders.

When I first went here, the wait was horrible, all the customers were complaining…bad experience all the way around. We ended up leaving. But, my sons were dying to try it, so we gave Freddy’s another shot. I’m glad we did. Service was spot on, food was fast, fresh and perfect. Loved it. If you went and were turned off the first time, they seem to have fixed what was broken (prior negative reviews are legit). If you haven’t tried it, give it a shot. I went from “I’m never going there again” to “I’ll be coming back soon.” Well done Freddy’s on course correcting to a great experience.

First time eating there: the service was nice, the restaurant's decor was familiar and charming. The classic double I ordered was good, but $7 before tax for a double burger where each patty was paper thin seemed way too expensive. That was a $4 burger at best. Only came with mustard, onion and a pickle. For less money and a way better tasting burger with all the toppings, I much prefer Portillo's regular cheeseburger. Freddy's is fine, but I don't think it's worth the price.

For the amount of visits we have made here the majority the food has been decent. We have asked if fries are horrible remake. 12:49 two orders double burgers one cheese one plain. I felt fries overcooked and not hot. Our concern. Order taker standing against wall when she could have been cleaning tables or restocking all items. I mean ALL items. No straws nor cups for ketchup as well as other empty bins. Freddy's today you were lacking.

This place is rough. Burgers are fine, but the fries tasted 2 days old and were cold. Living 5 minutes away I knew they wouldn’t be as hot as they were if we dined in, but to be stale, bland, and cold is ridiculous. Ive driven from the Glendale Heights location which is double the drive to have the fries warmer than this. We ordered online, got there <5 minutes from estimated time and the crew was too busy talking that we just took our food. Empty cups because they were too lazy to fill them although we specified what we wanted. $37.00 and you’d expect some halfway decent fries and filled beverages.

The restaurant originally gave me the incorrect order but the Manager Tae made sure that I was taken care of he not only provided me with the correct order he gave me a card for another meal. Beyond excellent customer service.
