Love Y6, especially their instructors! I’ve practiced with Katy N for over 4 years now and she is the best yoga instructor I’ve ever had! Her classes are the best of what yoga asana has to offer: they’re approachable yet challenging, always creative, and they leave you feeling balanced and more centered. Her Friday 5:45pm class and Sunday 9am class are a must! I also love Liz R’s Sculpt & Flow class on Wednesdays! The energy she brings is unmatched. You’ll never take a class with a more encouraging, motivating, and just generally uplifting person! This studio is definitely all about the people and community and it shows! Highly recommend!

My experiences at Y6 have all been amazing. It is a warm and friendly environment where I feel safe to be terrible at yoga. Katy is a phenomenal instructor. She is so knowledgeable and caring. I may not be good at yoga, but I am certainly better than I was, thanks to her acumen. If you are looking for a top notch yoga experience, this is the place for you!

I cannot describe how much YogaSix means to me. I have come here on and off through my own personal journey, and every time I come back they are so kind and welcoming. This time I’ve stayed consistent and have never been able to find this type of consistency in a workout routine in my life. I have tried other studios and there is no environment that even comes close to matching what has been created here. Every class is inclusive, welcoming, joyful, and a work out! Yoga can be FUN, guys. There is always mood lighting and great music, not the typical “yoga” music that might come to mind. With themed classes like Taylor Swift, 2000s bops, and types of other unique twists that make the classes feel fresh and exciting. I have struggled with my body in so many ways in the past, the instructors here are INCREDIBLE and have truly helped me have a new outlook on what my body does for me, to allow myself grace and to allow for mistakes and growth. I feel safe to challenge myself or to take it easy in EVERY class with EVERY instructor. I have never found a workout that brings me so much joy that I literally catch myself smiling in class. This place is worth every dollar and every minute invested here.

I have fell in love with YogaSix! I started as a way to relax & stretch as I knew I wasn’t doing enough of either. I started with Restore classes & was uplifted and encouraged in every class. I was working with a trainer outside of my yoga practice. But I decided that YogaSix gives me enough variety with Sculpt Express that I can do everything I need to in one place. The diversity - in age, body types, and classes - is really inspiring. The location is trendy. But the hospitality & customer service is what captured me my first class. It smells fresh, complimentary mats & towels if you need it, and customer service by the instructors and front end is top tier. I can’t say enough about how good my experience has been here. If you’re considering it, just do it!

I've tried about half a dozen yoga studios in Indianapolis. And Y6 is by far my favorite. I've been practicing for 12 years and have my 200 hour certification, which means I have a very clear idea of what I want from a yoga studio. Y6 exceeded my expectations and the classes are now the highlights of my week. What I love most about Y6 is the community they have built and continue to foster. I've worked at studios where the front desk staff don't know my name. At Y6, the staff learned my name immediately. They made a point to ask me about my day, my interests, my life outside of the studio, etc. I can say the same of their amazing teachers. They're clearly invested in their students. And they often make it a point to check in with individual students before and after class. Additionally, I love the body positivity and body diversity I see at Y6 -- which is all too rare for many American studios. I see the same folks show up week after week, and the joy they experience from their practice is palpable, even when it's a challenging flow. And I see the teachers light up when a student says they've had a breakthrough or simply that they loved the class. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Y6 is a wonderful studio and a welcoming environment. I highly recommend it.

Shea elicits a positive, invigorating atmosphere in her classes. She has a rare, glowing, contagious personality. The facility is top-notch, and the staff is very warm and inviting. I'd recommend YogaSix to anyone who wants to dive into hot yoga.

Everyone I have interacted with has been super nice from the staff to the teachers. I first interacted with Shea the owner & then I had a wonderful experience with Becca! Looking forward to continuing working out here and getting better in my practice!

Stopped in for my first hot yoga class in years. I had a great experience and look forward to coming back. The Sunday am class was not so packed to where you were on top of each other like some other studios. I loved the studio and the playlist! It was upbeat and a great workout overall. Parking was easy and free on a Sunday!

I’ve loved practicing at YogaSix. Being new to yoga, it’s an incredible environment to be in! I don’t go super frequent, but it is a great adjunct to the other workouts that I do (Orangetheory). Everyone is friendly and personable. Shea was my first class instructor and was super helpful with correcting positions and made going to a new “gym” wonderful. Always look forward to practicing at YogaSix!

I signed up for the 3 classes for $26 to try out YogaSix. I'm training for the Indy Half Marathon and signed up for the restore class. I really liked like! I do have some yoga experience but when I wasn't sure about some poses, the instructors have been helpful on my form. Sculpt and Flow was a cool class, especially if you just do yoga and it gives you a nice intro into some weight training. Recommend the 3 for $26!

YogaSix is a welcoming yoga and hot yoga studio in Fountain Square Indianapolis. Some of the flows can be hard to follow and I miss a slower more intentional flow that focuses on proper form vs elevating your heart rate, but this is just my preference. Shea, Liz, Melissa, Jessica E., Charlie, and the other instructors are fun, keep the classes engaged and truly form a welcoming bond with the clients. I have been to most of the yoga studios in Indy and YogaSix is the place to be! Convenient locations in Carmel, Fountain Square, and a new location soon in Fishers. The 5:45pm class on Wednesday with Liz is a site to behold, get there early because those in the know pack the room for the fun hard work. I am thankful I found this location and group of yogis. I started YogaSix in the Bottleworks district about a month ago and I have been so impressed! I came from doing 5 days/week in CrossFit/HIIT which was a little too much on my body physically and causing pain so wanted an equally difficult yet satisfying workout routine that was a bit gentler on the body and YogaSix has not disappointed! The team is so friendly and diverse- each instructor has their own style, intensity, etc. the classes are fun and challenging (burning similar if not more calories doing YogaSix than strictly cardio at my previous workout class too!) Overall, I’m so glad I stumbled upon YogaSix Indy and look forward to growing my practice with this community :)

I love the YogaSix Indianapolis location! It’s conveniently located in the Bottleworks District. Professional, super clean, and an extremely welcoming environment. They have all types of classes to choose from to meet your needs. I would suggest the sculpt express class. It’s several of their classes all wrapped into 45 minutes. This class is a little shorter and a great way to start! I especially loved the cool lavender clothes they hand you after class. These classes are heated and it was nice treat following class. :) They are offering a 3 class pack to be used in 7 days right now for $26!!!!! Who knows how long it will be offered so go check them out!!!!

Yoga six is such an experience! Everyone is so calm, and welcoming. I’m just started into yoga and I feel like they are suitable for all levels, everyone just kinda does there own thing and what’s comfortable to you! They make sure your following along and give you tips to better your poses/stretches. Really really recommend this studio and happy to start my journey here ❤️

I am new to yoga and was looking for a good studio! I am so grateful I found Yoga Six! It’s a very friendly environment and I enjoy every class, I don’t need to stress out about doing everything perfect, because teachers are so helpful and show me better ways to do the different positions.. 🧘

One of my favorite yoga experiences! As an instructor myself, it's safe to say I have a pretty high standard for studios, styles of teaching, etc. and I was beyond thrilled to find YogaSix while traveling through Indy. Shea is a glowing human and if you're in the area, you MUST take her Power class. The best energy, felt like home :)

Signing up for Y6 has been one of the best decisions of the year for me. I love the variety of classes they offer, the clean studio space, and the different levels of intensity the various instructors offer. I leave feeling like I flushed out toxins and I always feel like I got a great workout. It is worth every penny!

😠 This gym is way too expensive for what you “actually” get. Don’t be fooled! 😠 I have never written a review but I think this one is worth my time. This place is so predatory.
