I had never been to an event at Gainbridge fieldhouse before and I was really impressed with the cleanliness and aesthetics of the facility. We saw the Eagles and we had a fantastic time! We look forward to returning in the future!

Very impressed with the facility and it's size. Beautiful vibrant colors all throughout the building. Went went for a Lakers and Pacer game and had the best time. We weren't aware that there was a parking garage across from the stadium so we paid for parking in a lot a few blocks away. Be informed that there is plenty of walking to get to your seats but they do have elevators and escalators. Plenty of places for food and drinks throughout the venue and several hotels located near Incase you're staying overnight.

I saw Steve Miller Band and the Eagles here on 10/09, and it was amazing! Great music! Great fans! The staff was amazing! It's credit cards only, no cash! However, they have plenty of machines to turn in your cash to get a card to use at Gainbridge Fieldhouse however it can be used at other locations downtown. Have a lot of cellphone charging stations that you can secure your phone and / or take a charging block with you tob your seat. So it's a very mobile friendly! Very nice and clean establishment!

First time there for The Eagles concert. Great big arena for a show. Sound is awesome. Only real complaint is some of the food options were not available (BBQ and Mexican)

Great venue for a concert, or sporting event. Seems to be well laid out, with several restroom facilities easily accessible. We saw the Eagles concert here, and sound was fabulous! Side note ~ the Hyatt hotel is right across a small street if you need overnight accommodations 👍

The arena is excellent to see a concert and I can see would be the same for other events. With the slightly smaller arena design nothing feels far away. There are plenty of amenities to choose from and you get served at a very reasonable rate. Easy access in and out. Safe walking around the area and for being downtown only got asked for money one time before the concert and after. Easy access to seats and would go again.

Attended two different concerts here. Staff is amazing. It’s safe. Presentation is always a 10/10!

Definitely an ideal spot for thousands of strangers to come together and gain memories together. Like strangers, the stadium fell short of expectations. After time, one realizes that under the lights and loudness -- it is a sad vessel that doesn't even have cash 😔 Be prepared to pay metropolitan prices for parking. I suggest taking thr IndyGo since it is a 5 mins walk from the stadium Pack light. Gainbridge will only allow small purses in the arena. Depending on the event, phones may not be permitted. Be safe. Create memories. Always remember.....BE KIND!
