Great atmosphere and drinks. A grand neighborhood bar

Always a good time! Sometimes chill and sometimes hype. The patrons and staff are ALWAYS nice and accepting. Drinks are good and affordable and they even started serving some pizza and corn dogs! Cute little spot to hang out, for sure.

An amazing little cozy dive bar with great music and even greater prices. I've been here a few times and every time the atmosphere is great! You can tell this is a place where creatives go to mingle! You can walk in here and see a lot of interesting people just having a good time! and they let you bring in food from the Chicken Joint right there on the corner! Plus with Emerson Theater crowd coming in the Juke Box is always bumping great music from songs you've heard before and loved to music you've heard once and definitely need to hear again!

It's a cool dive bar with a friendly atmosphere. LGBQT all welcome. Don't go expecting to order champagne but they mix up some good drinks and the juke box is always on.

Quality local industry bar, open late, drinks are standard, taps are short and delicious, they sell pizzas, can't go wrong!

They have karaoke on Wednesday nights starting at 10pm!

This is a super chill, laid back atmosphere, with some of the best tap prices in Indy!

Best neighborhood dive bar on the beast side. The whole staff is awesome. Easy drama free atmosphere. All your friends are there too !

Cheap beer, not outrageous prices on shots and stuff, mostly locals there now. Miss when the band folks would come by but it's a fun crowd. All the bartenders are nice and you get served pretty quick usually unless they're getting slammed. They have a few things to eat, small finger food type stuff, usually 1 or 2 craft beers on tap. $2 Miller drafts every day. Cozy little spot

J Clyde's is a dive bar institution in Indianapolis on the Beast Side. Located just off 10th and crazy🤣 Shlee and the other bartenders are fantastic as are all the regulars. I really can not say enough nice things! I left and came back after 20 years only to find this place hasn't changed a bit for the worse. Still as wonderful as the first time I had a drink there. Here's to another 20 years of J Clyde's!

No bar seating stand room only. No tables inside either only a bench seat. Outdoor seating available. I did see food (pizza) but didn't try it. Service was a little slow (but it was pretty busy and only 1 bartender). A hole in the wall bar that can be missed.
