The rooms are filthy with cockroaches, mice, and rude staff. The guy that does maintenance is very kind. But, I think you get what you pay for, and we can't afford much.

Very rude my wife and I have an emotional support animal which when we checked in were not told of any new policy of animals not being allowed on property even a 1 year old service πŸ•β€πŸ¦Ί. But because my wife was not fully checked out and I was on my way when from the bank walking 1.5 miles back an older man with white hair and I assume the cleaning lady who couldn't even understand or want to understand English. Keep informing my wife to that she needed to go to the office. When I finally got here my wife had not been left alone and was being belittled and berated by the same two people. My wife suffers from migraine, high blood pressure, seizures, and is easily stressed when those kind of things happen. Our esa helps my wife with her blood pressure, stress and seizures. Our esa is still learning and knew to stay close to mom but he didn't know what to do yet to the people who were attacking her. He stayed quiet and didn't even bark at them. How is that a way to treat any customer? I do commend the office manager who first came down said something and then accepted that my wife said "My husband is on his way. He will be here in about 15 minutes." And then left her alone, didn't say anything about our ESA. That will be the last time I ever stay here again!!!!!!

The guy that works night will not leave you alone when you go to your car at night. Tells you to go in your room to smoke or do whatever it is . Will not even let you visit your family outside when ur from out of town and they stop by to see you for a minute. You can't even be outside ur room just for a second to grab something with out him putting a flashlight in ur face. The service is just very unprofessional and the rudely manner he gives his guests shouldnt be aloud at all. Different to someone that is paying to stay there.

Well to start this laundry list of omfg you walk in to your room and the first thing you see are cockroaches running on the walls. Followed by the smell of mold. The fan in the rest room dose not work. The bath tubs look like they have never been cleaned. I found hairs of some long haired blonde. No body with me had blonde hair,Eeeee...!!!! Over all a gross way to spend 70 bucks.

The check in guy didn't believe men could change their last names in marriage since the ID was different than booking. Called customer service and changed the last name to the old name before marriage but the guy didn't believe it still and refused to let us stay after driving 10 hours arriving at 9 pm forcing us to cancel, had to find another place last minute and based on the reviews sounds like we got very lucky to not be staying here.

I think they keep changing their name, to try and run from the reviews. This was by far the WORST place I have ever stayed! The room was filled with furniture that was probably dug out of the trash. The sink counter was about to fall off the wall. I had sheets & blankets in my car, that I threw on the bed & then trashed afterwards - IT WAS THAT BAD!! The guy charged me $70/1 night & tried to charge me more but I said that's all I had. I only stayed here bc I locked myself out of my house with my 4 yr old, without my purse & everyone with a key was out of town. I didn't need an ID so thats the only positive, for those in a similar situation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! It didn't feel safe either. Absolutely disgusting!!

Horrible place! Paid for a night had no issues, the next day I go and pay for two more nights and a hour after I get a knock on my door from some guy saying he's housekeeping and I need to go talk to the owner about my dogs. He was extremely rude and yelling at me. Would barely let me go get dressed to go up to the office. I call and the owner starts yelling and cussing me out about my dogs. I say that I'll just leave but can I atleast get a refund for one of the nights I just paid for and he trust to say I didn't pay nothing! Long story short cops had to get involved. I was able to get a refund for one night back. The guy who came to my door was rude and scared me a little as he was threatening me. I think they do this alot to get money from people! Don't waste your money on this place!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could!! The owner obviously doesn't care about this place as cockroaches are still very much a problem here. Not to mention I didn't even get the room I paid for. This place was by far the dumpiest I've ever stayed. I would recommend finding somewhere else or sleep in your car, don't waste your 70 here. Full disclosure I had brought no food with me.

The manager BRAGS about how mean he is. Also, asked for double beds for the week & they gave me 1 king sized bed, & told me double beds would be 50 more a week, in addition to the 400.00 a week. Go somewhere else!

One of the dirtiest rooms I have ever stayed in. I got this room for a child sport event. It was myself and three kids staying in the room. This was shady. The room was a good size but not well cleaned. We opened up the sleeper sofa and it did not have a sheet on it. There was blood on the mattress. My kids did not feel safe or clean being in the room. Went to the front desk and the worker was extremely nice and friendly. He put us in another room and apologized. The next room was clean but it freaked my kids out. The room had a smoke smell to it and it was not a good nights sleep. Save yourself the trouble, spend $30 extra dollars for a good hotel. Trust me.

Well if u have to live here and u work I wouldn't suggest to stay here everyone is loud and disrespectful here all they do is party and be loud no respect for people who actually work and pay their rent on time and always pay in full and not to mention cops are always here for something.

I have literally never in my life left a review before of anything but this was so bad I have no choice but to say something so I hopefully prevent others from coming here!! I knew that it was sketchy but my god, there were atleast 7 dead roaches in the bathtub, 5-6 dead splattered on the wall, and many more on the floor. We even killed a few ourselves. The room smelled horrible and everything in the room was dirty included bedding. Please, please do not go here. We walked in and walked back out within 5 minutes. I'm literally sleeping in my car right now because it felt safer and cleaner than this place. They charge 80$ flat in person here, You can book the la quinta in beech Grove, which is extremely nice, for 76-90$ most week nights online thru vio or Agoda. Or the Baymont on Southport road for the same plus deposit. Do not go here. There are many many better options. My skin is still crawling and I feel disgusting. The only good thing about the entire thing was the guy at the front desk who was nice.

It cost 70.00 a night , the rooms were dirty , they had roaches , it took 4 times to get into the room , batteries needed to be replaced on the door lock . There were no ice bucket and cups not any soap shampoo or conditioner. I will not be going back to this place nor do I recommend this place.

We specifically requested a non smoking room and did not receive it. It was so dirty and smelly that I did not even want to sit anywhere. It was very unkept. My husband and I decided within 5 minutes of being there that we wanted to stay somewhere else. We are not confrontational people, so we asked to check out, the owner and the man at the front desk were very rude to me. Also, I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels/motels and I’ve never had an experience like this.

It could use a female housekeeper πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ maybe. But, I haven't seen a single roach. Family that owns it has an adorable little boy always been respectful to me. The price is about what everywhere is. There is wifi that works in every room and the direct TV is pretty cool. Lots of Shows for my boy. If u guys need a housekeeper, I'm available 😁. Otherwise, I think it's a pretty okay motel. AGAIN I HAVE NOT SEEN A SINGLE ROACH. THEY MUST HAVE ALL WENT TO SKYLINE MOTEL. THAT PLACE IS NASTY. THESE OWNERS ARE TRYING. BACK OFF. Side note: they fix things quickly! My heat wasn't working they went out to get a new heater and came and switched it and sealed it all that day!

This place is Trash. They have Roaches really bad. The microwave did not work, but luckily it's close to a lot of restaurants and a Walmart grocery store. Most of the ppl who are in the Motel live here and are very low income so it good for them cause everything is in walking distance including the Laundromat

Well I told my friend who lives right up the street that recommended this place because of how close it is to him what happened after I went in to the front desk and he said yes it's that way depending on who is working but he also said something that was quite disturbing on a business and ethics standpoint, But he said that depending on who's working will determine how much you pay and it changes daily, Last night it showed online that the rooms were $56 per night, So I pulled in to the lot and immediately seen 4 individuals standing around the trash dumpster staring at me menacingly as I passed them to turn around to pull in front of the office, I stopped and I noticed the one guy with a grey hoodie on was the one that stood out to me because he had the look of a homeless guy strung out on drugs with a long beard so my first thought was, OH great more bums begging for cigarettes or change, But then they all separated and went different directions accept for the one I mentioned earlier, He walked past my car and stared at me and then went into the office area, So I finished up what I was doing and proceeded inside, And by my astonishment that guy with the beard came to the front desk and said how can I help you? I also noticed when I came in that there was two young Indian guys over to the side talking, But I told the hairy one that I needed a room for the night and had my phone out set to the page with their nightly price just in case they tried to pull a fast one, But before I could even get to that point he said we can't have the dog here, And I said she's my service animal, and are you sure you want to go this route? Because it's against the law to discriminate against the disabled or those with service/comfort animals and he just said we don't allow them here, And I said are you sure you want to go down this road? It can be pretty costly for all involved and he just shook his head yes while rolling his eyes and I could tell he was on something cause his pupils were dilated, So now I have to file a complaint with the DOJ and the ADA for discrimination so I hope the owners can afford the HAIRY ONE'S mistake and if I was the owners I would drug test all the employees right now before they have a chance to wipe their systems clean but either way I would fire the hairy one and get someone who obeys the laws and doesn't do drugs, Unless they just don't care about their business. P.S. To the owners: ADA Civil Penalties range from $75,000 for first violation to $150,000 for the second. You can face lawsuits from the public and even employees who want to bring their own animals to work.Jan 27, 2020

Blood on pillow case and wall. Nasty around toilet. Did not get the room i payed for. Had to carry every thing we had around the building and up stairs. Park car on other side of building where we could not see it. Bathtub and wall looked nasty. Bottom of toilet was not cleaned. Sheets didn't cover the mattress. Do not recommend to anyone. Didn't not stay in the hotel left as soon as we seen the inside of room.

Very poor customer service when we said we saw a bed bug and had to argue for a refund and they didnt do what they said they were going to refund us either even though there were multiple mattresses outside. We will not be going back!

If i could give it a zero I would. This place is disgusting. First of all this room smells disgusting. The bed was wet. There are holes in the blanket. There are holes in the walls. There is grime on every surface. There are cigarette burns on the carpets. The bathroom is disgusting.

The pictures on Booking.com are definitely not updated. The room was disgusting stained bed linens, writing on the walls "Big Steve" was apparently in the room at some point. Deplorable conditions we walked in and walked out 30 seconds later, then told no refund ‼️ Highly disappointed!

The best thing you will see about this place is it’s will light up on outside and the in side was a different story the sheets didn’t look like been changed in six months the floor hasn’t been mopped for long time the fan in bathroom was very very dirty the dirt around the toilet and the bathtub the entry door would not lock and they have roaches I was there on 10-28-21

The toilet was wobbly, the sink counter was nasty , and my husband woke up and saw a roach crawling across the the dresser !! We will never stay here again , not worth the $70.00 they charge !! The blankets had cigarette holes in them !!

Truly filthy ,exhausted we took showers and pulled back the bed spread to clean white sheets as a bed bug crawled across my pillow. Immediately got dressed carried our luggage to the car went to the office and told them the problem , the desk man said NO REFUND after 3 hours , as then I told him I checked in 1 hour 40 minutes ago. He then said come in on Monday and take it up with management ,this was on Friday night. Terrible waste of 80.00 and truly a disgusting experience.
