Our stay was wonderful! The people who work here are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish. The outdoor area is very nice, and the hotel is located right on the Monon Trail. It was so easy to walk down the trail to coffee, dinner, ice cream, etc. I would highly recommend staying here.

A really cool place! The room was lovely with a small porch, and a really high quality bathroom. The common room was nice. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room, especially for longer stays. And some small breakfast items would be great. Being on the bike/walking trail was cool, and it was really close to a bunch of cool restaurants.

I have stayed here three different times in three different buildings and each time I have been impressed with the quality of this hotel. Service is excellent and very personal. It is a quaint homey place in a wonderful location on the Monon Trail.

I agree with all the other positive reviews. This is a really nice place. From the floors to the bathroom fixtures, there's a lot of attention to detail here.

I highly recommend this hotel! Our family traveled in from out of town for a wedding and everyone stayed here. The rooms were perfect and unique, and the staff and owner went above and beyond to be accommodating, kind and helpful during our stay. The location is perfect too. We walked to shops, restaurants, bars, and parks from the hotel during our stay.

My Husband and I stayed here on our wedding night this past week, HBR was super accommodating with our wedding day timeline. We absolutely loved the room and the boutique hotel experience. We are from the area and can’t wait to stay here again!! Our tip would be to wake up early and walk to Rene’s Bakery and have your coffee and pastry on your balcony or the porch and watch the Monon come to life with walkers, runners and cyclists. Wish we could have stayed longer!! Thank you Hotel Broad Ripple!!

Very nice place to stay. Nicely decorated and friendly staff. Our daughter livers in the area and we wanted to stay close to her apt, so this was it. We've enjoyed the stay and will stay here again.

What a beautifully modern, eclectic hotel! There aren't many (or any?) to choose from in Broad Ripple, but we wanted to be close to Butler University for my son's audition the following day. I couldn't have been more impressed! I didn't want to leave. It's charming and bright with interesting and beautiful artwork placed throughout the entire hotel. The bed and linens were very comfortable, the room was more than spacious with couch seating as well and a balcony, and the bathroom amenities were top notch. The room price was similar to downtown Indy hotels, but we had a much bigger room than we would've in a traditional hotel. The included continental breakfast included tea and coffee, pastries, bagels, fruit, and juice and even that was visually appealing. I'm so glad we chose to be in Broad Ripple and wish we had more time to explore the town and bike/walking path along the canal. There were plenty of restaurants, bars and shops that caught my eye. Definitely try this destination for luxury hotel sophistication with bed-and-breakfast intimacy, only 20 min from downtown Indy.

I love it. It was a little weird not having to check in. People say this caboose has been here a really long time.

What a gem! Lovely inn in Broad Ripple with helpful staff, beautiful (and spotless!) rooms in a polished and thoughtfully decorated space. Relax in the lobby, on the deck, or on the lawn and enjoy the atmosphere. A relaxing place to stay, and close to many Broad Ripple amenities. This was our first stay and we will definitely be back!

I’ll be honest, I haven’t stayed here. I live in Broad Ripple, but I’ve been here for drinks a couple of times. They are the nicest people and the place is beautiful. I’d absolutely recommend people to stay here!!

We have stayed here many times and it’s always a great stay! Unique rooms, great location and wonderful employees. Broad Ripple area has so much to do, yet it’s an easy drive downtown, or out to the suburbs. Whether business or pleasure it’s a great place to stay
