Not value at all for what it is !!! Low quality material and service. If there was zero star , I would leave it as Zero . Below is the details of my appointment and what happened. I had an appointment for Manicure gel and pedicure classic on 28 February 22, the beginning of a service looks normal and as it expected , then one of my toe nails got damaged while there, the girl fixed it as I didn't observe what she did on my toe , I spent 40 mins or so to have it dry. But later I checked my toe and It was not well done!! I asked them to do it again. And she did it again and I had to wait for another 40 mins. ( in total I spent 3hrs there!!! ) At the end of service they left me without any notice and checking out if my nail was dried or not and she left some plastic to cover my nails which I assume they should have check on me which never happened!! On the other side the quality of nail polish are not good either ! After a few days I saw my gel is peeling off day by day and now that I'm writing is 11 days I did gel and you can see what happened to my nails polish !! For my toes which I did classic , the two toes also are damaged !! Even though she called me one day after to check on my toe nails , which were fine within one day , but it damaged after a few days. When I do gel or classic polish for hands or feet , I keep it quiet long time, and I didn't really expecting this happen within 10 days for 100sth euro that I paid !!

Such a gorgeous place. The french therapists were just delightful. Loved getting my nails done. Merci beaucoup ! Nice way to bring in the weekend. Highly recommend !

Nice place and kind ladies. The pedicure was good, but i’m giving only three stars because of the manicure. It was honestly very disappointing. I did it two days ago and it already looks grown out, and it just looks very messy overall.

Excellent experience and above all fantastic customer service! I booked a Tea Spa Day for my friend's bachelorette party which included a manicure, a 10 minute massage and tea and cake. From the moment I booked online to the moment I left, it was magic. Easy to book and received a text message for confirmation. The owner or manager of the establishment goes out of her way to make sure you feel at home and nothing is too much (even though there were 8 of us with some strange demands). It is extremely rare to receive this level of customer service in Paris. I really would recommend going if you want to feel taken care of, spoiled and a little bit extra. Thank you again to the team for your professionalism and kindness.

I love this place! My husband and I went for a couples message for our anniversary and they were amazing (we even got free tea and cake!) at the most welcoming spa I have ever been to. The place is also super cute and adorable and would be PERFECT for a bachelorette/hen party, Mother’s Day party, or for going with your bridesmaids ti get wedding nails. They also have great options for mother/daughter AND father/son nail days, as well as parties. The best thing is that, while this place is so cozy, adorably decorated, and comfortable, they aren’t just surviving in their aesthetic: the messages were top-notch, akin to what my husband and I have gotten at an Aveda salon at a spa hotel we visit every year. I really cannot more highly recommend this place!! It’s fantastic!

Amazing place for all things mani/pedi, massage, shopping for great products, cakes and having a lovely conversation, while being pampered. Easy to book online, English and French and other languages are spoken here. Strongly recommend, it will become your beauty harbour in Paris!

In Paris I will only go to Free Persephone for my manicure and pedicure needs. It’s adorable, the staff is incredibly nice, the space is roomy (and doesn’t smell like a chemical bath), and they always do a great job.

I had such a lovely experience here today. Morgane was so attentive and professional. It was my first time getting a body and face massage and she made me feel so at ease. I will definitely be coming back 🌟

I really wanted to like this place. They were accommodating and kind, but my manicure only lasted half a day. I received a gel French manicure which I loved, but during dinner I noticed wet, black nail polish on me. The nail polish was flaking off and also leaking wet nail polish? Literally have never had that happen before in my life. I loved how they looked, but it’s a shame they only lasted until the evening :( Will need to go to another place to clean this all up tomorrow as there is black wet gel polish getting everywhere. So sad and disappointed as I loved these! I added a star as I received a massage as well which was lovely. Edit- After seeing this review the salon reached out and offered to fix my nails, which I couldn’t do as it was the last day of my honeymoon in Paris. They did provide a refund for all the services they provided, which I appreciate. Glad they made things right. Thank you

Beautiful spa! Very aesthetically pleasing and pretty large, which is difficult to find in a big city. Run by an American woman who has lived in Paris for decades! Best massage of my life was with one of their masseuses. (Also, they are on ClassPass for you ClassPass members!)

This was such a lovely find on my trip to Paris! The salon is beautifully designed and the mani/pedi I received was thoughtful and thorough. Shout out to Viktoria and Elodie who did my nails. It was also such a treat to chat with Lauren, the owner. She was kind enough to chat with me for awhile and even wrote down some restaurant recommendations for me. The entire staff was very forgiving of my extremely poor French as well 😂

I’ve had consistently lovely experiences here over the years, in French and English, by lovely folks who care about their clients. Special mention to Cat, who is always a joy to be with. Worth a stop for attentive, gentle care in Paris!

I had the best (!) afternoon at the Free Persephone Spa on a rainy afternoon. Rarely felt that well pampered and cosy. The place is high class but feels like home. Tea is delicious and the brownie was to die for. Definitely will be back when in Paris 💖

Everyone at Free Persephone was extremely attentive and kind. I booked a 30 min duo massage for my husband and myself on our honeymoon. We both agreed that we were shocked with what they were able to do in 30 minutes- it was a fantastic value!
