    Great experience at the place vendome boutique, the sales Representative was so knowledgeable and friendly.. the love line of rings are très chick !

    What a disappointing experience! My wife and i visited the Cartier Boutique on Champs Elysées today. We have been warmly welcomed at the door and by the hostess. Everything was nice and pleasant until the sales lady came in. One of the worst client experience, zero story telling, zero question asked, zero communication. She was taking the jewelry piece out of the counter like if she was working at a bakery. Definitely not an engaging experience. She didn’t even offered her card nor didn’t write the ref and size of the pieces we are considering… Far far far away from a luxury experience one would expect when visiting Cartier. If this lady is not happy in her job, you should move her from the floor, she is damaging the business and not establishing any loyalty to the brand.

    The boutique is nice and convenient location! Most of the staff is welcoming! unfortunately I have been assigned to an aggressive Japanese sales lady, who was talking very LOUDLY and not understanding our requests and questions. She seems to be fed up with her work, by handling many customers. It will be nice if the salesperson can be more professional and well control their temptation, instead of expressing her bad mood to the customer.

    We visited this store to purchase a diamond ring for our anniversary. We were greeted when we entered the store and a sales representative came to assist us with some rings. She was not very friendly, didn’t provide any information about the product or ask us how we liked the ring. Then we decided to go to the second floor of the shop to take a look at the diamond ring as that’s what we were looking to purchase. We waited upstairs for 15-20 minutes, asked the greeter if someone could come up to help us and she showed us her iPhone and said she texted the sales associate. The other employees who were on the upper floor did not ask us once if they could assist us. It was a very poor experience for such a luxurious brand. We left the store after waiting 20 minutes for no one to come up to assist us and purchased the ring in another store.

    On May 11th, waited outside for 20 minutes to get in. Fine. Once in, asked to wait for an assosciate, fine. Waited another 20 minutes. Pauline helped us. Pleasant, friendly, knowledgable person. We decided to purchase 2 watches and a wallet. Was taken upstairs to finalize the transacation. We paid. We asked for a drink, as we saw others receiving. Now 1 1/2 hours passed. Fine. Pauline tried to process the duty free paperwork. When it didn't work on her lap top, she said she needs ts go downstairs to use a different computer and be back in 10 minutes. Fine. 30 minutes later, an associate brought the merchandise and left it in front of us. Where was Pauline? At the 45 minute mark, I went searching for the now missing Pauline. I asked the security guard, the only person around as we were left there all this time without a word from a soul. I saw an associate wiz by and asked him to send the Manager. Julie came. We explained our upset, now 50 minutes later, left alone, and told her, we wanted the transacation reversed. She offered us a glass of champagne! We declined and now Pauline arrived, apologizing, stating the computer was stuck. Ok, but why NO communication with ANY update from ANYONE? Left completely alone, now nearly another hour. WOW. Anyone could have been sent to update if not Pauline. Julie tried to offer us now, a bottle of champagne. We were leaving for the USA the next day, plus we felt defeated with no Cartier purchase to celebrate, so we gracefully declined it. We asked them to help order us a cab, as now 2 1/2 later, nothing to show for it, time lost and other committments to take care of, we felt, at the very least, they should pay for the cab. As we left, there were 6 staff waiting around the entrance, no one waiting outside. Any one of them, could hve communicated with us at any time. To add insult to injury, we contacted Cartier through their web site regarding this incident (note their is no box/drop down to file a complaint), plus, I chatted with the live chat, even called yesterday to follow up, and was told, "we were in the system, it's been escalated" and you will hear from us within 24-48 hours, and again, ZERO contact/communication. Needless to say, we won't ever purchase anything Cartier. It's apparent Cartier doesn't like to address complaints. Awful service. No thank you.

    Making long queues of people wait in the hot sun while the manager lets people known to her enter. Asking people in the queue what they want to purchase then separating them & randomly letting some in while people at the front of the queue keep waiting like. All this time you can see more number of staff than customers inside the store & they were just idly roaming around/chatting with each other. Just ruins the entire thing. When we were finally let into the store (after speaking with the lady who was letting people in) we were made to wait for 45 minutes for someone to be “assigned” to us. No one in the store speaks to you while you wait & there’s no place to sit. One gentleman offered us water after 30 mins or so. When the lady eventually helped she was sweet, helpful & fast. The purchase took 10 minutes as I knew what I wanted but the wait was 1.5 hours. Avoid & go to a different brand/a store which knows how to deliver a decent experience.

    Going to a Cartier boutique is always a good idea , worldwide: the attention to details , the incomparable professional treatment. The champs Elise boutique is the top of all . Just a full pleasure .

    Visited first time with my husband and we was served by Leo Zheng. He helped me choose and decide between Cartier but I did not decide to purchase due to atmosphere of it being so busy and undecided between sizes. I also did not feel welcome by Leo as I felt he did not help me much. I then came back the following day and the store was much more quieter and I was served by Zarina. We were seated quickly and she helped me decide and choose the bracelet I wanted. We was offered regular drinks and the service provided was very smooth and the connection we had with Zarina was much better than the day before. Zarina was excellent and I am so glad I was served by her as she had such a calm and wonderful personality. Not only did she help me purchase my first Cartier bracelet but we also had wonderful conversations throughout the purchase. She even helped us and advised on what to do at the train station for tax refund. Zarina thank you.

    Our sales agent Ms Nguyen was extremly friendly an courteous. She has an extraordinary knowledge and experience of Cartier's products and history. Her english is perfect. All in all she offered an outstanding service. The kids were highly welcomed as well.

    At first i was accompanied in a not so professional way at the entrance maybe misunderstood, however i met the manager “Laurence or Lawrence” and she is a delight. Helped me , welcomed me in the salon , offered a glass of bubbles and solved my issue . Did a nice gesture too! Will surely be visiting this Branch of Cartier Again. Informing all my friends too! 5 Stars . #Super

    My friend and I came into this location in July to purchase bracelets to remember our trip to Paris. I will say the staff was amazing and the location was a beautiful. Next time I come to Paris (hopefully sooner than later 😉)

    Louis Cartier made that watch exclusively for Alberto Santos-Dumont, and Alberto wore it with proud and joy in his every single flight. Alberto was a very well known public figure in Europe with an energetic and colorful personality. The Cartier watch he was wearing was noticed instantly and became pretty popular. Many photographs were published in the newspapers and everyone started wondering about “the thing” that strapped to Alberto’s wrist. Alberto wore a wrist watch fastened to his wrist by a long leather strap and a buckle instead of a big, heavy pocket watch. At that time a wrist watch was not a novelty as Patek Philippe designed several samples already but, they were all women’s watches. Beside being the first pilot watch, Santos-Dumont was also the first wristwatch for men. Later, Cartier cooperated with movement manufacturer Edmond Jaeger to produce the Santos watch  on a regular basis. Santos, which was named after the adventurer Alberto Santos-Dumont finally went on sale in 1911.  The watch was a great success however, the environment was changing and watches got their part of that change accordingly. World War II started and round watches dominated the production as per military service requirements. However, Cartier managed to keep his masterpiece alive making it a timeless classic.

    I was in Paris in April 2022 shopping the Champs-Élysées looking for some earrings for my fiancé. After waiting in line at Cartier for 20mins in the sun, we were finally granted access. The service was very poor to say the least and we were followed around like criminals by security as if we were going to rob the store, so we left. So we went to the Bvlgari store and were welcomed straight in without waiting. The staff were lovely, very helpful, consequently we bought diamond earrings there instead and will be shopping at Bvlgari more often.

    I had the greatest experience with one of the employees, Sidick Runjanally. He made the Carrier experience all that I expected from a top end establishment. He made my wife feel special as we purchased her favorite fragrance for her birthday! Thank you Sidick for creating a relationship with our family to your Cartier family.

    We had a wonderful experience purchasing my first Cartier piece at the Champs-Élysées store today. Our sales assistant Rito was INCREDIBLE. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient. Rito did a fantastic job assisting me with sizing of my ring and general advice regarding my Cartier piece. As it was my first Cartier piece, I wanted to take some time to think about my purchase, Rito was respectful of this and did not once try to pressure me into a sale. Upon returning to the store, both the door staff and Rito greeted me as if greeting an old friend (lovely!). From start to finish, this experience really was wonderful :)

    I was looking for a new wallet I waited for the Sale assistant on the 2nd floor which displays Cartier history books She guided me through a salon and showed me beautiful accessories for men and women . She also assisted me for ring shopping. Needless to say the service was really nice Thanks to the Sa claire

    If you are not french and you want to fix your Cartier product Do NOT GIVE IT TO THEM, they will steal it. I gave them a pasha pen to be fixed when i was in Paris and now it is been one year they did not fix it and they stop talking to me because they don’t know where was my pen gone! I have all the paper and e mails that prove i left my pen with them.. 😡😡 really really bad service. That pen worth $750. So careless. I will never buy anything from this brand.

    Superb service. I was greeted nicely by the security staff at the door and was assigned a Cartier representative. I asked for a new protective case for my sunglasses as I forgot mine in the hotel. Within minutes I was on my way with a new case. Unfortunately, this flagship store does not have a "lab" to adjust glasses - they recommended me another store about 100m further on Champs-élysées which helped me adjust the glasses perfectly.

    Cartier's sale assistant messed up my detax form by filling wrong name and wrong passport number! I might not getting €500 tax refund because of SA's recklessness. Very disappointed

    My friend and I went here specifically to buy a Cartier classic love bracelet for me and the cuff version for my friend. Marina helped us as we explored options - and she was amazing! She was a delight AND so patient with us as we vacillated between options and asked our questions. Three hours later I purchased (unplanned) a few other items and so did my friend! We had such an amazing experience with Marina - so much so that my friend came back the next day and purchased a second bracelet - and this time, reserved time ahead with Marina. Other team members who made our time there special were Carol and Ulric - thank you both! Thank you, Cartier, for a memorable experience! And we really appreciated the bottle of champagne we were gifted with as we left…a nice extra treat as we celebrated a promotion and a fabulous time in Paris!
