Horrible experience at this store. Guy in the front was clearly a racist and would not let us in just because we were of color while he let 5 other people in without any issue. Horrible experience of racisim in a city and from people whose economy depends so much on visitors. Btw, my daughter did buy from Prada at Ave Montaigne and very pleasant experience there. My in-store experience was absolutely shocking today. Terrible customer service. No sales advisor approached when I went in the store, they are lack of staff. Visual merchandiser are taking photos in the store during trading hour. The male sale advisor who served me today, he was talking to one of their visual merchandiser the whole time when I was looking for help. I was completely ignored. He was really lack of product knowledge as well. I was looking after a messenger bag, I asked if they have same style in bigger size, he couldn’t answer my question and went to back room offer me a different style. I went home and browse the item online, I found the bag I was after. At the end we asked if he knows what time does the store close in Champs-Élysées, he replied how the hell would I know in French. (We are multi-linguist). Prada, please hire the right person to fit in your team. The whole shopping experience made me feel like I was in a fast fashion store. The staff was untrained. Terrible, I hope everyone else don’t get the same service here.

Great store with a great layout. Was greeted on entry by friendly SA’s and was taken around the store. Was offered complimentary chocolate and was overall an amazing visit.

Very happy with my purchase 💖 the sales person who assisted me, Yanis, was super helpful and accommodating 💖 the store is easy to navigate and you are offered a drink while you wait for the stock or your purchase 💖 Yanis was very knowledgeable about the items and his opinion was invaluable! Nice store

Asked for a fresh pair of symbole sunglasses and was given a pair that had defects in the logo and in the joint between the frame and temple. When we opened the box, the glasses already had fingerprints on it so clearly it was not a fresh pair. The temples were not symmetrical. I have left Paris and don’t know how I can get it replaced or refunded. Very upsetting from such a high end luxury brand. I had to file a claim with Luxottica.

While in Paris I was under the weather however my husband wanted to get me my birthday gift before we left back to the states. I had my eye on the re-nylon reedition saffiano leather gray crossbody but noticed later that day the chain of the bag was not shiny and scratched looked used. I went back to the store and asked if it could be swapped for a newer shinier one and the lady said to shine it with a cloth but I told her it’s a new $2K bag why should it have to be cleaned? She agreed and went to the back of the store and brought me a noticeably newer one but when she went back to box everything together again she swapped it back to the used one and I didn’t notice until I was at the airport. I was so disappointed that she failed to do the one thing I requested. Such a dishonest store and experience.

I cannot speak highly enough of Emile. He took his time to help me and even went above and beyond to track down the shoes I wanted, even though they're fully sold out. He was so nice and funny and made our shopping experience absolutely delightful, even reserving the bag I wanted so that I could pick it up before leaving Paris. I have never had such an amazing employee take care of me, so props to the staff but especially our dear Emile. Cannot wait to come back to this store and find him again. Thank you for the patience wonderful bag and a service that went above and beyond! ❤️

I go with my friends for shoes, but the service here is terrible. They treat me like we are thief and ask me must go as a group, not go alone. This is not acceptable for anyone.

Sales assistant attitude was terrible! Wanted to have a black buckle belt and she said they had none without offering any alternative. When asked if she can call a nearby store, she said no. The whole time she had a very cold face and no warmth in her manner at all. She is not the best representative of the brand! Worst lux shopping experience ever! No more Prada!

I wanted to buy the cleo bag in silver which was pretty much impossible to find. I was helped by Mr. Bosomworth, he went above and beyond to source this bag for me. I got it within 4 days of request. My best friend and I had the best time at this store! We were on a girl's trip to Paris, walked into the store just to browse and left feeling like queens! Steven and Simon were the BEST hosts! Steven greeted me and helped me find an amazing bag and then turned me onto the jewelry, in which Simon then made sure I had the perfect sized ring and all the details on the origin of the piece. The best part - they stocked us with delicious cookies that I'm still eating. If you have the chance to stop in, I highly recommend!! THANK YOU!!
