Had a great experience at Fragonard. It was my first time so walking in I was a little overwhelmed with all the choices. The sales woman was very kind and helpful. She helped me pick a lovely perfume for myself and also my mother as a gift. There were also other beautiful home items in the store, but I did not purchase any. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a quality perfume in Paris.

I was advised by a very nice lady while buying some gifts. When I had to pay at the cashier however the gentleman was not at all welcoming, no smile, I had the feeling I am disturbing him… I left quite disappointed

My wife loves fragonard perfumes. We tried repeatedly to get to the Museum by the Opera but it was not in the cards. Anyways, we were staying in the Latin Quarter and this shop was close to our apartment. The products were as expected. The staff was great. Taking plenty of time and care to work with my wife and 2 daughters. So, great location. Great service. Great product.

Excellent place to buy perfumes that are from France I really love the customer service I bought gifts for everyone in my family from this store and a few things for myself. The salesperson was amazing she was very helpful! We left feeling like family!

I visited your store yesterday. I felt happy when I heard my native Ukrainian language. the girl consultant very politely helped with the selection of perfumes. But when you are in a hall with a lot of perfumes, your head starts to spin. I chose my perfume, but for some reason when I put it on I smelled something completely different. It reminded me of the cheapest perfume from an Arab store, I don't understand how the consistency can change like that. maybe depends on the plastic bottle
