Staff and management don't understand or don't care, when you oder be very careful. The food is good when they listen. I ordered veggie pho with veggie broth this is the second time I ordered and came with beef broth over the phone and in person.

I loved this place excellent service right through the door you are greeted with a smile and quickly seated instantly brought water and menus food is out fast and is delicious! Replaced my old overpriced favorite pho restaurant. Chicken fried rice here is delicious and the ginger broth that comes with it is so delicious and comforting. You feel right at home here. You will not go to any other place after coming here.

Great food, reasonable prices and the owner is super cool. The pho there is good, but I highly recommend their grilled beef noodle and rocket shrimps. 5 stars all the way

Came here for lunch and ordered a simple rare steak pho and a Vietnamese coffee. Needless to say, it was a very disappointing experience, mainly due to the lackluster pho and the tough meat. Price came out to be just under $20, which seems a bit much. Unwilling to try this spot again…

It's a really nice family owned eating establishment in Anaheim, that tries their hardest to please the customer. It's in a small strip mall with tight parking/available spaces. It's the quickest I've ever been served a piping hot sit down meal and it's really good! If you're in the neighborhood, please, give it a try! You'll love it!

Food is decent but the small asian lady who served our food was beyong rude. Even laughed at my stepdad at his face in a sarcastic manner. And didnt bring his drink. She yellled at us from across the place for asking another lady to fix our wrong order she said " i am serving you so dont ask her okay!" And took forever to come back to fix it . The rudest restaurant i have ever been in. I was embarrassed for taking my family there to try a new pho place. This could of been our new pho spot. But i am never going there again. Nor my family or friends. I hope other people don't get treated like this is so off putting

The food here is good. There are definitely flavors there. The decor is not bad and it's a good size restaurant. The only thing is the smell of the place. The first thing we noticed when we came in was the horrible smell. It made it kind of hard to enjoy the food. If they work on making the place smell clean, then they would probably have more patrons.

Great service, awesome food. Since I am a vegetarian I had the vegetarian pho, great flavor and the portion was very generous, my husband had the Pho with beef, flank and tripe, which I think is their speciality, he was satisfied with the flavor and texture. We went on a wednesday and they had a lot employees on duty, so we got super fast service and everyone was kind and corteous. We also like the pricing of the items on the menu. Overall a great experience, we're definetly coming back.

This is my first 1 star review ever. I'm not this kind of person. But the lady at the front was so rude to me for asking for a plastic container after coming here for 15 years! She literally canceled my order and kicked me out. So unfortunate. I've been a loyal customer for so long I can't believe she would do this to me. The only way I will change my taying is if the owner calls me to make her apologize to me for the way she treated me. I was civil, polite, and extremely calm. I'm so disappointed in them. The food is good, but customer service makes or breaks the appetite. Too bad they will lose a long time loyal customer.

Our new favorite spot for a quick fix, pho stop! The establishment is right off Brookhurst, nestled right in a strip mall with plenty of parking access. Both roomy and clean, the servers were prompt to greet us with water and a menu in hand. Food was quick to come out, with the bean sprouts and herbs looking fresh! Both the hubz and I always order the Pho Dac Biet, the small running for $8.00, and the large going for $11.00. Broth was right on the nose and had a good amount of flavor, just slightly bland for what we would have wanted. The noodle to accompaniment ratio was great, and the sizes of the bowls were a good value. We did see a couple of the other tables order fried spring rolls as well, which we’ll be totally coming back for! I will definitely be back and would recommend it!

Spiders in the bathroom and spiderwebs, the person that sat us, when we said we were eight people, he immediately looked annoyed and rolled his eyes and basically was like going "pff" with his voice in annoyance when all we did was literally just enter and say we were eight people,and I get if being eight people bothered him but if he didn't want to serve us he could refuse to give us service because on the front door on which you enter, there is a sign that says, "We reserve the right to refuse service." which is fine but to act very annoyed for some reason an and be overall very rude is just unacceptable. Very bad attitude. So we left before we could order, so about the food and it's quality, we don't know.

This is a fave pho restaurant. Broth is fresh and flavorful. 2 bowl sizes very reasonable. Menu has lots of other choices and a vegan pho as well. Clean seating and quiet A

I am a disabled person, and the owner refused to allow me in due to my legally certified working dog. She claimed she has a right to refuse to provide service. In fact, I showed her my service dog card states I am protected under Federal (ADA) and state law can incur substantial penalties. This was the absolute worst experience with a restaurant! I do not recommend people with disabilities nor anyone who has sensitivity towards diversity. Do NOT support this restaurant!

Really nice place. Very clean. The staff is so nice, and the food is absolutely terrific. This was the first time I've tried Pho, and I'm so glad it was here. Broth was tasty, the meats and noodles were cooked perfectly, and the variety of sauces was good. I'll be back again, and very soon.

One of the best restaurants for pho if you are in ORANGE COUNTY. Can never go wrong with pho ga also there avocado smoothies are pretty refreshing and tasty it's a must try if you like trying new foods.
