What you see is what you get, cosiness, good food, great, the side salad has rarely been as GOOD 👍 as here! Top

Nice place but 10 minutes before kitchen closing, they didn't serve any food, only drinks. Not flexible. Not convenient for somebody who hasn't eat during the day. Next time, will look for other option, despite the nice place

Had dinner in the Almschänke for the first time today. It was a great evening with a very tasty meal, the burgers as well as soup and schnitzel were of very good quality and the portion size was super generous. Our brisk waitress named Johanna served us warmly with skilful service. We'd love to come back.

Very cosy and authentic spot to eat some classic schnitzel and enjoy some great beers. The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly with many locals coming here for a drink or bite to eat. The service was pretty quick and very friendly and the food was good

Visited this small, rustic, Bavarian restaurant for the first time today. I had a Munich schnitzel with fried potatoes and a cucumber salad with sour cream. So the schnitzel was great. The fried potatoes were a bit bland. Could use salt, pepper and onion. The cucumber salad tasted good to me, although I missed the taste of sour cream. The service is very nice. My request was made to roast the schnitzel a little longer. Bavarian furnishings. There is a small beer garden outside, but not really for little guests. Parking spaces are already available in the area. Only 5 parking spaces in front of the restaurant.

Small but very nice restaurant. I was there on August 13th and the food and beer were very tasty 👍 Highly recommended

Racist restaurant. I've been there on December 2nd. They said to me "we're closed", Even though the restaurant is open at 6pm Saturday night. I was stuck in Ingolstadt, becase of heavy snow at that time. That's why I got there. There is no choice to go some other restaurants, because Ingolstadt is not big city. Horrible experience. And Thanks to this experience, it gave me a chance to think about Germany again. I'm asian guy, Great Country Cheers.

I celebrated my 40th birthday at the Almschänke a few days ago and everything was great. The planning discussions with the landlord, Dieter Kuttenreich, were very pleasant, totally uncomplicated and everything was implemented as discussed. The fireplace room where my celebration took place was already beautifully decorated with white tulle, lights and lanterns. I was still allowed to decorate it according to my own ideas. My guests were free to choose from pre-selected main courses and drinks, there was a starter and we were allowed to bring our own cake. Everything tasted great and my guests also praised the food. For starters we had “Bavarian snacks” served on cake stands. The main course available was: “Schnitzel Wiener Style”, “Veal Cream Roast”, the “Alm Burger” and “Grilled Salmon”. What my guests and I liked most, besides the food, was the relaxed and beautiful celebration atmosphere. Absolutely recommended restaurant.

😠 BAD EXPERIENCE, I DONT RECOMEND IT!! I had lunch with my wife, my 2 childrens and one friend, the food was good (quantity and quality) but I will never repait. The waiter staff very unpolite with the customers (slow service, bad answers...). We did not feel comfortable!...In Ingolstadt there are bet...

🫤 For this to be called a "Hamburger Restaurant" is very sad! After I wasn't asked how I would like my burger to be cooked I should've know what to expect. It was well done and not good so I barely ate half. The fries and dips however were good. Cocktail was ok. Ambience was kinda cool and different....
