The place is not a restaurant, rather part of a chain. The food was ok. My ordered Nachos with cheese and dip were all broken from the inside. The top layer was handicrafted to look perfect. It was replaced later though. The other items that we ordered came warm. I expected them to be hot. The cheese over the items was somewat hard and cold. But overall an OK restaurant.

Good Mexican food, friendly service nice and cozy ambience.

Way over packed and over priced for frozen, deep fried food… we had a reservation and still had to wait half an hour for our table and the waitress we had was rude… the food was all frozen then deep fried and all the Mexican dishes taste the same with both much flavor..

Nice place for Mexican food, Cheese fries and Enchiladas were really nice and it's full for family of 2 along with bear and wine, pleasant inner and music. Enjoyed the service and food staff is very kind and service is very faster. Evening time football match nice to be there

I have been to Chilis many time with friends.. Located close to ZOB and one can sit inside and they also have some table outside.. They also have happy hours :)… Food is bit american mexican style. Portions are quiet ok.. they have nice Burritos, Tacos and options to choose between meat and veggies..

It has good Mexican food to offer. But last time I went on weekend and had to wait little bit longer than expected. However wait was worthy.

Really bad service, unfriendly waitress, we had to ask several times to order a glass of water we never got. Mediocre food, not Mexican taste at all. Too expensive for the quality.

The Food was very suitable for me ....someone from an Asian background ....It was not that spicy but the combination in the platter was good.

This rating is for the food and service combined. The burger I ate is something I would not even eat for free and would recommend going to a fast food restaurant where you can receive better food and with better service. What a shame i was disapointed and expected more.

Good place for dine in. The waiters are very pleasant and friendly . Menus are in both in German and English. Overall very good food and I would recommend 😊

Way overprized for poor quality food and service. The starters were disappointing, the main courses not much better. The staff has been too busy with their placing sheets rather than with the guests, even when hardly any there. War vor zwei Jahren bedeutend besser!

1. The food was delivered after an hour of placing the order. When i called the restaurant, they said the delivery person was supposed to deliver the food within 30 min after placing the order but he didn’t. 2. He arrived late in his own personal vehicle and delivered cold burgers & fries to us!! 3. They charged 1,50€ extra for sweet potato fries but i received regular fries which are free when you order a burger.

Friendly and attentive staff. Food was hearty and very tasty! Nice atmosphere and deco in the dining area as well.
