Usually good food, as always a little expensive, nice ambiente. Even if you order the same, you end up with slightly different tasting dishes, due to the different chefs I guess. I'll leave it up to each and everyone to decide whether that's a good or a bad thing.

Really like this place, not too expensive. Met my sis here for supper, exciting atmosphere but no waiting around. Eaten here loads of time, waiters usually outstanding and no problems about the meals. Lots of different food options to choose from the menu, fantastic. The personnel were always readily available to listen to our needs.

Pasta horribly oily, not tasty, and quite non-Italian style, the salad (Cesar) was okay. Staff and atmosphere is nice. Though pizza we didn't try, we won't come again to this place for food.

This is my favorite Vapiano. The cooks there really make the place. They are friendly and can even be very humorous. And of course, the food they prepare is delicious. Whenever I have the chance, I go to this Vapiano.

The food was ok. Missing some flavour, but overall ok. A lot of space, great ambiance.

The pinsas were not great, not terrible. They were pre-made as far as I could see. Everything was just okay. The service was nice but you have to get your own food and carry it to your table. If you choose to sit upstairs you can expect it to not be convenient. I would have expected it to cost less because it's 100% self service.

The worst pizza ever served to me. We ordered 2 gluten free takeaway pizzas. They both swam in the water and were soaked, it was impossible to eat normally and the dough was sticky to fingers. In response to complaints, the service said that it should be so and they make such pizzas. They heated them, or rather burned them, back in the furnace.

Be sure to visit this italian restaurant, because you will not find any better around! The seafood salad plate as starter is a very good mixed oil-lemon sauce. Ive never ate a better Pizza somewhere else! Antipaste, noodles and special seafood days are available as well.

The people who work there in the front desk are absolutely unprofessional. They refused to check my vaccination certificate (issued in Germany) with my valid ID, while other people(Germans) sat there and ate. the restaurant was not busy with a lot of empty places to sit. I had to fight with the front desk guy to get a seat over there. Also, the food is just okay and average. Nothing is remotely Italian about this place.

I always ordered the same meal. They always perfectly served the meal.
