Hi Mr Sub staff, when asking for tomatoes please use the full tray of freshly sliced tomatoes you have have displayed beside the lettuce, and not the scrap tray. Thank you, A paying customer who asked for tomatoes on their sub.

People usually go to places for experiences, else it’s easier to order at home. A nicer staff could be beneficial for encouraging people to return. Atleast I am not coming back to this location.

Once again I am here and they’re out of salami this time. I really don’t know what is going on with the store but they’re going downhill quick if you are planning to visit this location have a back up because chances are you won’t be able to get what you want. So far twice they’ve been out of roast beef and twice now salami. Time for Mr. sub to packet in. I don’t think they’re hard isn’t it anymore.

I visited the store at around 9pm and purchased 2 subs. They were very sloppy as if they were synchronized swimming in a pool of pizza sauce. You couldn't taste the other ingredients and it upset both of our stomachs. Mr. Sub's ingredients seem to be more authentic than Subway, but lack a solid execution. Not again.

I was here last week to get a sub for me and my 4 year old daughter, and my daughter was having a tantrum, and I couldn’t belive the amazing lady behind the counter came over to her and had her giggling. Amazing customer service, so nice to see as most places you go don’t take that extra mile to interact with customers. And the store was extremely clean which I not used to when I go to other locations. And the food was great. All in all I give a 5 stars and highly recommend this mr sub

This is my favourite Mr Sub location, the staff and owner are always very nice especially the lady behind the counter Lina. She is an absolute delight. Thanks for the great service and subs!!

The staff were amazing today with my two toddlers. Engaged and warm. My kiddos were given a slice of cucumber each with an olive on it as "appetizers" while we waited for our sandwiches! Great staff, great service!
