A man waited 20 minutes for a Muffin finally Asked for it and he got it. So we were waiting 15 minutes for bagels so we asked and finally we got it when we did did get it our toasted bagel was cold and there was next to 0 cream cheese on it .

Always busy, always good quality. Go the drive through as inside can be a little slow. Enjoyed the BELT bagel and a red eye iced capp

I've had it with this place. Everything I go there my order is wrong. Today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese double toasted and a small coffee with two milk. It took them er 10 minutes to complete the order. The bagel wasn't toasted and the top was from a different bagel as it was smaller than the bottom. There was barely any cream cheese and I had to rip the bottom because it wasn't cut all the way through. As for the coffee it was a double double NOT two milk. A waste of money and a waste of time. I will never frequent this mess of a restaurant again.

Terrible service! Ordered a sandwich which was wrong. Didn’t realize this right away, as I had split the sandwich with my hubby and noticed there was no turkey on the sandwich just the BLT. I went in the tell the Tim Hortons employee, who looked at the half I showed her and offered no apology just walked away to tell the employee in the back to make a new sandwich. The employee came back to me to tell me that I should have brought the sandwich back as soon as I noticed it was wrong, again no apology just got scolded. I explained to her that we didn’t notice right away. The employee proceeded to tell me that most of the sandwich was eaten, meanwhile the other half was in the bag. Not to mention the restaurant just throws it out. Most places would have offered an apology and make a new sandwich. I told the employee the customer service was poor and I wouldn’t have made these comments to a customer and her response to this was “ okay “.

This Tim’s location has been terrible ever since the glass brew pots went. These coffee urns are not getting the right amount of coffee or staff are pouring off before it’s finished brewing. Basically giving you a cup of warm cream yuck. As for mobile order forget it at this location!

Quick service for an on-route. The order taker couldn't figure out my request for one of the new cookies and just kept giving me the wrong one. I ended up just leaving without my Reece's cookie.

I ordered at the Drive True of this Tim Hortons a cravable roast beef sandwich, a coffee and a harsh brown this afternoon and the harsh brown tuned out to be as hard and dry as a piece of glass, my coffee was barely warm and weak and the portion of beef in my sandwich was difficult to find, because there was a thinnest slice of it hidden under the cheese, and technically this sandwich can be called anything, but "roast beef". This is surely the worst Tim Hortons I've ever stoped at.

Stopped today on our way home. Ordered 1 medium dark roast and 1 small dark roast. Got medium steeped tea and small regular Tim's coffee. Disappointing when you don't get what you order. Won't stop there again
