Terrible
service!
Ordered
a
sandwich
which
was
wrong.
Didn’t
realize
this
right
away,
as
I
had
split
the
sandwich
with
my
hubby
and
noticed
there
was
no
turkey
on
the
sandwich
just
the
BLT.
I
went
in
the
tell
the
Tim
Hortons
employee,
who
looked
at
the
half
I
showed
her
and
offered
no
apology
just
walked
away
to
tell
the
employee
in
the
back
to
make
a
new
sandwich.
The
employee
came
back
to
me
to
tell
me
that
I
should
have
brought
the
sandwich
back
as
soon
as
I
noticed
it
was
wrong,
again
no
apology
just
got
scolded.
I
explained
to
her
that
we
didn’t
notice
right
away.
The
employee
proceeded
to
tell
me
that
most
of
the
sandwich
was
eaten,
meanwhile
the
other
half
was
in
the
bag.
Not
to
mention
the
restaurant
just
throws
it
out.
Most
places
would
have
offered
an
apology
and
make
a
new
sandwich.
I
told
the
employee
the
customer
service
was
poor
and
I
wouldn’t
have
made
these
comments
to
a
customer
and
her
response
to
this
was
“
okay
“.
