I had booked an appointment a week in advance, when I arrived at the location, the attendant told me that there was no professional suited for the appointment. There was no sense to warn about this in advance. Leave a far away neighborhood to waste the trip and time.

When we schedule, they give a time and don't say it's first come first serve; Then you arrive and wait horribly, because they don't tell us that it's not by appointment. Get ready to wait! It wouldn't hurt to let the patient know that it's first come first serve!
