😠 Horrible. 3 hours to be seen. The delay in service is absurd. I've never seen that. I arrived at 8:30 in the morning and left at 12:00 to do a 3-minute exam in the room.

👍👍 Very clean and organized place. The girls at the service were super helpful and kind and the entire admission exam process carried out on site was simple and quick.

😠 I've been here since 7 am and so far they haven't even called to register. It is a lack of empathy for those who are fasting and waiting. The receptionists are just looking at the computer screen and answering calls. I do not recommend.

😠 Terrible organization of processes at Seconci-CHS, patient arrives before the appointment time, waits 1 hour just to go to reception, is seen and then takes 2h23 to schedule a return visit!!!

😠 Falta de respeito com horário avisando que será desmarcado com menos de uma hora para a consulta, mesmo após confirmação no dia anterior, tanto por telefone quanto por SMS enviado pela clínica.
