We went with family for a short trip and shopping to Ipiales....we had a couple of hotels recommended to us by friends but they weren't what we expected. We ended up staying in their suite at Harmony Hotel for 2 nights. Very clean, the building was new, great rooms, great service from everyone, very polite; the food served was fresh and delicious. There's free parking inside the building and there's 24 hours security. The Hotel was close to everything. The only small down side was that there were no power outlets in the room except for 1 which was connected to the bedside lamp and another to the T.V. ..so for those people that have multiple devices that they want to charge perhaps simultaneously not possible. 💯 recommended! Gracias Harmony Hotel....nos volvemos de nuevo en el futuro.

Large room and balcony, nice beds, showers and view. The only thing lacking was warm water in the sink.

Es un hotel muy nuevo y con una decoración muy linda y moderna, tiene habitaciones limpias y muy cómodas. Tiene tv pantalla plana, baño privado con ducha de agua caliente y secador de cabello. Tiene ascensor y parqueadero. El desayuno fue excelente y el personal muy amable y atento. No opino sobre la ubicación porque no tuve la oportunidad de caminar a los alrededores, llegué tarde y salí temprano. Queda sobre una vía principal.

Excelente hotel. Todo muy aseado, muy cómodo, muy amables todos los empleados. Les recomiendo que al baño para personas usuarias de sillas de ruedas le pongan las barras respectivas y que a la ducha le quiten la cabina. Gracias por atendernos con tanta amabilidad.

Todo el personal una maravilla . Y sus instalaciones perfectas tienen estacionamiento e incluyen desayuno. Un hotel económico y muy acogedor, 10 de 10.

Hermoso hotel se encuentra entre las vías cercanas al centro de Ipiales como a la vía principal con destino a Rumichaca, sus habitaciones son confortables ahí balcones lo que llama la atención, sus desayunos son muy buenos, el personal te ayuda para cualquier cosa. Tiene ascensor que ayudara en todo además a eso hay una virgen cerca de su restaurante es la de Guadalupe

Sorprende que el interior sea tan lindo ... Habitaciones impecables y servicio como el habitual en esta zona.

I'm Australian but traveled to Ipiales in June 2023 with my Colombian sister-in-law from Bogota to see the magnificent Santuario de las Lajas. The Harmony Hotel was excellent and well-located. The rooms were spacious and the included large breakfast very good. The service from staff was good and very professional. Highly recommended and good value. David, Adelaide, Australia

Excelente hotel, las personas de recepción son súper amables. El precio es bastante bueno, ya que incluye el desayuno. De igual forma los desayunos y las comidas deliciosas.
