I've been to many many steamboat restaurant in Ipoh. This is by far the best value for money restaurant I've ever been to. Greeted immediately by the friendly waiter upon walking in, and was immediately seated. Really suit the definition of all you can eat, you name it , from wide ranges of seafood crabs squid prawns scallops cockerels clams to meat ducks chickens lamb pork baccoon. Ooh there's also spaghetti rice and red bean tong sui. Ooh there's also variety flavour of ice cream, durian coconut and mint are my favourite. Generally they restock the food quite fast. Very worth every penny spent here.

Wow! This place has the best steamboat I’ve had in a long time.They have 4 types of broths to choose from, and a buffet style selection of food items to pick and choose with no time limit! You have your meats, seafood, vegetables, noodles, drinks, cooked food, an array of dipping sauces for you to mix and match according to your preference, plus a selection of ice creams to choose from too. There’s literally something for everyone. If I had one comment to make, it would be that the soup spoon ratio to the steamboat pot is not proportionate. The spoon is too large to fit into the pot so scooping the soup is a little tedious. Otherwise, good food, great service, polite and friendly staff plus a very chilled out atmosphere. All u can eat steam boat restaurant, non halal. It charges rm30/pax normal week day, rm34/pax on weekend/holidays. Quite a large selection of food choices. At least 5 choices of broth for the steamboat. Casual atmosphere and self served. While waiting for the soup to boil a selection of cooked food is readily available. The marinated lamb is excellent. Conducive for family and group eat out. Parking is not a problem.

Reasonable price of RM32 net price on weekdays! Food choices were okay not too extravaganza but it was good enough for the price. The meat slices were kinda fresh and love the pasta and fried chicken even had tong sui for deserts. Love their soup choices and it doesn't taste too strong at all and just right. Seafood wise its was average, the shell food doesn't feel superbly fresh but its still bearable just need to choose wisely. Employee was friendly and helpful, always help us to refill the soups and did a fair job in assisting us and even helped us change the pot when it became too dirty from the burnt meat. Overally great experience and its cheap would come again!

Overall nice experience. Fresh ingredients, variety of meat/sauce choice. Eat all you can adult price RM40. However, the soup base (pork bone/tomyam) not strong, maybe can improve the flavour.

Not so bad at all ⭐⭐⭐⭐. RM43 per person, I can truly say it's value for quality and quantity of the foods and services plus atmosphere are cool at night 👍👍👍. It's just like eating stemboat dinner at home whereby you can move around the place just eat (meats, seafood, dessert) as many as you can till you drop dead🤪🤣.

I hadn't been able to find an authentic Thai steamboat since 2010 in Bangkok across from the old Muay Thai Lahmpini (spelling?) stadium, so discovering this place has been one of the highlights of this vacation. You can't beat a Thai steamboat for the explosions of flavour they deliver, especially as the meal progresses and your broth gets tastier and tastier. Sensational food, really fun atmosphere, the friendliest staff ever, and the unbelievably good value. A must in Ipoh!

One of the best Thai Mookata steamboat avail in town. Fresh & much varieties of meat to choose from. A lot of seafoods available as well as mutton, pork, beef. This is the only place I'd visited so far for good foods but the atmosphere was a bit stuffy caused no air-conditioned hall there. But overall satisfactory I'll say. The politeness of staffs was there. Also patience of staffs name ( Ah Wan ) good customer service at all times . My next visit probably will be the next holiday. You will never regret.

Served to a bad place because 2 person only. Bad service. Tomyum soup is too sour and the pork bone soup is acceptable. Foods are ok but not many choices

Disappointing. There are many better places in ipoh where they provide variety of seafood, dessert and cooked items for this price. And the charcoal stove is a bit hard to use. Like in other steamboat bbq they provide electrical / gas stove which makes the cooking easier.

Really worth to eat. Soup taste really good. Besides lemon tea and juice, there are some tong sui too. Air cream, pudding and jelly are available. Food is varies and not halal. U can taste 2 type of soup per entry. Environment nice with good ventilation. There are another restaurant using same name, but here is the original one, dont go to wrong place.

Great selection of food buffet style. Price is RM43/pax eat all you can. Multiple selection of drinks and ice cream available too. Service needs to be improved. Staff is busy looking at their phones all the time.

I like the atmosphere and open ground. The service is fast. You can see the staff everywhere. Food like others eat-all-u can steamboat restaurants. Prices reasonable.

There are plenty of food options, and personally it's worth eating and recommended, and the price is only RM3x. It is Thai flavours ！Got provided BBQ and Steamboat, 2 in 1. Anyway, everything is awesome 😋😋😋😋❤️

very bad environment, alot of mouse (tikus) running out under the fridge n air cooler. the mookata pot after applying the oil have alot of black colour things come out but after approach to the service crew they say it is normal to have the black oil
