I first-time visited this store yesterday and had a bitter experience with the arrogant customization person Ms. Krishnaveni who made the pendant wrong by knowingly keeping the tulips in reverse. She even charged 100rs for making (beads purchased separately from the store itself).I had only a small purchase. But every customer counts for any business. Her behavior was very worst. Management should have control on such worst person.
