We
were
two
people
who
visited
this
place
last
year
on
a
special
occation.
The
food
was
fine
and
it
seemed
like
the
class
of
customers
was
a
bit
higher
than
average;
however,
customer
service
was
the
bare
minimum
and
not
at
all
what
I
would
expect
from
a
western-style
restaurant
of
high
tier.
The
staff
did
not
pay
attention
to
us
even
if
they
were
just
standing
around.
Even
if
I
managed
to
get
some
eye
contact
with
the
staff,
they
just
ignored
us.
We
had
to
yell
"sumimasen".
Even
when
staff
came
to
our
table,
customer
service
didn't
seem
to
be
a
high
priority.
We
ordered
two
plates
of
spaghetti,
a
small
pizza,
2
cups
of
coffee
and
1
small
bottle
of
Cola.
Despite
paying
more
than
7000
yen
for
the
food
and
lousy
customer
service,
I
was
still
hungry
when
we
left
the
restaurant.
This
restaurant
is
clearly
riding
on
the
badge
of
serving
authentic
Italian
food
so
I
would
like
to
advise
that
the
staff
is
trained
accordingly.
