This experience was really my worst experienced i ever had in my 6 years here as a foreigner in Japan. The cashier treat us bad, she even looked at us angrily while taking our orders, maybe because she got annoyed because were not that fluent in japanese but we dont take somuch of her time actually we even make it faster because she really scared us that time, as if she will eat us if we dont order faster. We dont enjoy our food because of that and the food was not served hot especially the fries. Sad that we didnt enjoy everything... waste of money and bad treatment. I thought japanese customer service is good but this experience proved that not all japanese is nice in terms of treating their customers. To this girl, you better stay inside particularly in the kitchen and not in the cashier department... you dont have patience , you look down to people like us foreigners... i hate the way your eyes looked at us. Until now i still remember that experienced and its really makes me uncomportable and sad. The food is okay. The service is a bet slow maybe because the crew are few. One thing that I saw is that they keep on repeating asking your order if it is right that you order this and that. Same with drive thru. They keep repeating what is your order which is not okay because it annoyed the costumers.

Potato cold, sandwich a mess... Not indicate it for someone who goes after midnight... Not first time we came and always the same.... When I open the sandwich was like this.

Newly renovated. Not noisy anymore because most of the customers are on the second floor. McCafe is actively at your service. There is also delivery service. Very convenient.

There's no vacant in 1st Floor because of many costumer they dont like to open the 2nd Floor they want us to take away our order when we saw that have already space in 1st Floor we dine in our order then a few minutes many costumer will come then the crew tell us that after we will eat we can go home because the other costumer need a space for them to eat how she can tell that if we are not yet done that's bad way of service. 1st no space so we Take Out our order 2nd need to eat fast because have many costumer they need our chair even though we are not yet finish 😏🤔..
