＜私の場合＞
家族で17時の開店から利用。平日の利用にもかかわらず店舗には開店前から列が。予約を入れておくのが一番だと思います。店舗内に張り紙があり、19時開始までの予約しかできないような記載がありました。店舗に確認してみてください。
その日は車での利用でしたが、近くにコインパーキングがいくつかあり、駐車には困りませんでした。北浦和の駅からも近く（徒歩3〜4分程度）、浦和駅など近隣で働いている方にとっても利用しやすいと思います。そんな感じの団体の方も見受けられました。いや、開店と同時に席がすでに埋まってしまうような状態なので驚きです。
開店と同時入ったら「混雑のため2時間でお願いします」と言われ（家族利用には十分でした。料理の提供も早いです。）、つまり終わりの時間が決まります（〜19時まで）。
なので、7時ちょっと前くらいに行くと、開店と同時に入った人は出る時間ですし、19時以降の予約は取れないようだったので、そこまでの長い時間を待つことなく利用できるかもしれません。なんの保証もありませんが。
味は、コスパ最高な感じです。山河を冠しているお肉は安くて美味しい、お高い肉もあったようなのですがその日は食べませんでした。もちろんA5肉のようにはいきませんが、値段に対する質と量は十分です。ただ、値段が手頃なため食べ過ぎてしまうという。。。めっちゃ体を動かして（私の場合はボルダリング）、タンパク質を欲しているような時には重宝します！
