Good and quiet mall with a nice playground at L3. Parents can rest at the reading area beside. Fast food restaurants and Hai Di Lao are in L2, and they are not crowded compare to those in Singapore.

Very spacious low shopper traffic in this mall. Got an indoor playground for kids to sweat out and many seats to rest .

Lots of CNY goodies here. There is also a Hong Kong Street corner where people can buy Chinese Wear for CNY. Ample Parking outside and within the mall too!

Went to this mall to check out the aeon supermarket. It’s really busy when I was there as I believed there’s some travel convention going on. Quite a number of eateries in my opinion. But we just had a short walk and headed towards the Peking restaurant for dinner. There is this big tank somewhere in the mall that showcases some really big fishes. Very interesting for the kids.

Like to hanging around at Sutera mall sometimes, not a very big mall but full of contains, fast food, restaurants, Hai Di Lao, electronic shop, clothing, and etc. There's an art street at basement, and Hong Kong street, game center. Surprised with the Space Theme toilet at level 2, lovely.

Spacious, clean and large. Good selection of fashion wear shops. Many stalls in the food arcade were not operative. 2 lovely home furnishings shops at the basement level.Hall is decently big and enough securities at parkings and at mall to help and guide us. A safe place to be around. Theaters are good and easy to book as there are frequent shows.Good number of shops found here. Some nice branded shops were found here that were not there in other malls. Bought good quality clothes and bag. A one stop mall for shopping decent branded stuff

Spacious and with the requisite eateries like Burger King and Subway. There is the Watson and Guardian. Spacious but nothing that stands out. Definitely cleaner than KSL but the latter has more massage outlets and a cinema which Sutera does not have. The one ghing going for Sutera is that it has many good eateries nearby.

Just a regular mall that one can expect in Malaysia. It was pretty dead with nothing much when I came. Maybe because it was a Monday. I was just in the area next door for lunch with lots of food options

Many people in this Mall. Despite its age, there are many shops. Prices for glass screen for iPhone range between RM20 and RM60. Can see giant fish at basement 1.

Mall I used to visit & find great food during study, and still maintain the same for so many years! Memorable. Weekend & night time, full of visitors and hardly found parking. Maybe you can consider to come during weekdays. Now, electric car charging port available here.

I park my hybrid car Lexus ct200h at their parking spot..Which mentions EV or hybrid parking only.End up my car was clamp.Ask me to pay fine of Rm250.Next time should change display EV only.After wasting time arguing with management finally only unclamp my car.Never gonna step foot at this mall again..Tanah sutera please improve your management.And the cheek of one of the management Malay staff to shout and talk to me rudely.I didn’t manage to get his name or else will make police report on intimidation.

Wonderful place to shop, so many shops to choose from. I got a nice dress there suitable to my liking. Price is reasonable too. Lots of food too although they were run by foreigners. Will definitely go there again.

First time visit, I didn't have any expectations at the first place, but it surprise me! There's HaiDiLao in it also, which completely blown my mind. It reminds me of mini Northpoint at some point.

One of the attached Pekin Restaurant is one my family’s favorite place to eat. One of the best restaurants in JB! This mall hosts quite a large number of tenants! But toilet maintenance can be better....

Visited most of the time due to near to my neighborhood. You able to get daily grocery in Aeon big, health & beauty care in Watson & guardian, it & electric items at Seng Heng, most of the mobile hand phone service shop was there, bread & desert, wholesale hair care shop, Mr DIY and Mr dollar, and etc.

Big shopping mall. Have all the necessary retail like Aeon, Watson. The mall even have the latest craze 阿嬷老字號. Visit Level 3 where there is a Skating rink and children indoor playground. My Dreamland is affordable and nice for kids

Gives a wow feeling after fully renovated. Bigger space and easy walkway. Only problem is the accessibility. Need to drive to access to there

This year come sutera mall count down, that atmosphere is so nice for me. This two year is change many design and continue to do renovation and new shop. Especially is the toilet, you can see the toilet have their own design. That very diligently.

In view of the Covid-19 pandemic over these 2 yrs had affected the shopping mall a lot. Hope that the mall will pick up its business in the year of the tiger.

I want to complain to the toilet cleaner on the second floor. They refused to let me use the OKU toilet when I was carrying my child and stroller. They asked me to use another toilet, but the toilet inside was too small for my stroller.And afterwards I asked the counter staff whether it could be used if I brought my child and stroller with me. The counter staff told me that it could be used and gave me a complaint letter. Entering, I asked the toilet cleaner again and she still wouldn't let me use it. I feel like I was treated unfairly and bullied a mother with a child. I will hold it accountable, thank you 28/09/2023 Time of occurrence：4.15pm

Nice neighborhood shopping mall. Not much branded clothes or store but can get almost everything here. Love the fired chicken wing at the kopitiam downstair. Oh, the only thing need to improve is the toilets in ur mall, no provide any toilet paper, n the toilets r always 'terrible' xia

Eh nth much here actually except for that huge Aeon supermarket. Some notable shops include Hai Di Lao, Wanton mee Ds(didn’t know they have a branch here) and some tcm shops on same level as Aeon supermarket.

Nice and quite place. Got so many shopping choice for clothing in reasonable price. I went there to do eyebrows embroidery, I got it at very less price when I compared it in few place Rm480 with touch up. Yes result was awesome.

one of the best shopping centers in johor. various types of shops are here. clothing stores, electrical, electronics, restaurants and many other things. It's a loss if you come to Johor Bahru but don't stop here. see you there

Fairly big mall with quite a few shops. There is also a supermarket on the second level. Toilets here are fairly clean. Lots of parking spots available when visited in the early afternoon on a weekend.

A pretty large shopping center, with really good food and shopping options, including an Aeon Big and Mr. DIY. My only issue is that this is a large shopping center (as opposed to high), so finding that one particular shop that you pass by earlier could be a nice walk. There are some parts that are closed off due to renovation, so i expect it to be even better as move toward recovery from covid.

Convenient for shoppers with personal vehicle. It's either overlooked or no importance to the Management that Sutera Mall caters mainly to shoppers who drives. It was nerve wrecking looking for taxis then. Easier to get there but horrendous to find public transportation. It's more convenient now I suppose with Grab/Uber services.

Love this place as it's always so full of colourful n creative decorations depending on the festival at the time but best of all it is very family oriented with half a floor full of kids stuff incl a free playground, library n piano....jus fantastic!!! Always bring my lil 1 2 the playground n the car rides which he loves n keeps him entertained for hrs!!

Very good mall, there's a big supermarket, the mall is always packed of people. Meanwhile at the basement, there are lots of boutiques and IT store. Varieties of F&B. The only issue is that Sutera Mall lack of halal food. Not much halal food available here.

Easy to find parking. But surprisingly can't find a cafe for good coffee. Overall is good for grocery shopping. But many shops closed during MCO. Hope can recover soon.
