It’s a great purchase of this handheld XM Massage Gun. I’m being served by Sam the sales personnel. A very well mannered and service driven guy. Side note: I went to XM store at SG, WWP probably a week ago. Purpose of gg there is to try out this massage gun if is to my preferences so I can decide to get it since I need one. However I have been told by the sales personnel that I’m unable to test with the part (head). Not sure issit the new protocol in Sg outlets. That’s the reason I didn’t get it that day. Anyway Sam, which is from JB, Paradigm outlet served me well with his knowledges. I can even try with all different heads and yes. It suits me well. :)

Nice but prices of all mi stores are little higher then the authorized dealers. However you can get a gift with little higher prices of latest sets.

Faiz actually ask me if i have google map on my phone. I said i do and he ask me to review the shop and services, i told him i do it later which he eventually told me that he will help me to do the settings for the review. I agree and pass him my phone. He took pic of the product that i bought, and started to type on the keyboard and pass me my phone back but on the screen shows my main screen, i ask him if he did the rating on his own he told me "no", he just help to take pics of the item that i bought. So upon reaching home, i decide to open my Google map profile and To my suprise, Faiz actually did the rating on his own for the shop and even type in "Thanks Faiz". This is the definition of licking your own balls I can say. For that I took away 2 stars.
