This place has ample parking lots. It's not crowded. The supermarket has a sufficient range of products, largely groceries, at a reasonable price.

Cashiers gather around & chit chatting away & checkout counters not manned at all..long queues at 1 open counter....management got into staff indiscipline.

Massive Tesco that rivals some of the largest ones in the UK. Lots of parking and huge selection of groceries as well as clothing and household items. Great prices and availability of foreign snacks. Full bakery and butchery in the back. Remember to validate your parking ticket! Otherwise it's RM2 each time.

Spacious parking lot available. If you plan to shop at Lotus, before make the payment feel free to check their fb page. Maybe you may find discount voucher like RM6 or RM10. Screenshot the QR, that should be enough to scan at the counter.

I find check out deteriorating at my every visit...long queues & payment by credit cards breaking down despite swapping twice & in limbo, cashiers req uested cash payment to complete transaction while online was in limbo...really frustrating....shall give Lotuss a big miss for my CNY shopping.

Former Tesco supermarket, this is the first time I came here; couldn’t comment much but overall I could only give 4 stars rating.

Ample parking spaces! You can also redeem free parking if you spend more than 5RM worth of items at the supermarket. Just don't forget to bring the parking ticket along and pass it to the cashier to redeem upon checking out. Love the wide variety of Value house brand products! And the aisles are spacious; very well-stocked and items nicely arranged on shelves. But it can be challenging to get hold of a staff in this huge supermarket, especially if you need assistance. There's a nice bakery at the back of the supermarket with a good range of tasty baked goods from sliced bread, butter cake, to savory buns and glazed donuts. Overall, a good shopping experience and you won't knock into anyone even when it's crowded since the space is HUGE!

Range of product lines are limited, so are the sustenance options, etched into a fairly sterile picture of retail fatigue.

Went there 20th april 2023 9.45pm and while im making my payment at lane 12 for scan n shop the cashier were buzy talking in phone and i had to wait there??????? That time i was in a bit hurry and shes buzy chatting with unopened gate for the lane😡

Tesco is anchor tenant but the mall has empty shops and not much of a crowd

Upgrade your all self checkout to cashless like debit card or credit card, cash check out should manual counter, self checkout pay cash are ridiculous, especially big monthly shopping like 1000 above.

The Staff Name Of Ruppa Devi.Her Service Was Out. Never Respect The Customer, And Somemore Talking Rude And Don’t Even Wants To Scan The Parking Ticket For Us, Make Us Wait And Was Not Scan Properly Until We Have To Pay For Parking..When we get back to her , she was talking nonsense, which we have to shopping within 15 minutes and the parking will free. But The Customer infront me never pay, how possible to buy things within 15 minutes? Teach the staff how to treat elderly ppl nicely.21/04/2023 8:55pm

Big, spacious supermarket with good range of products.

We used to shop here at Tesco, now changed to Lotus. Even though the prices are lower than Aeon, the customer service is bad. We thot service will be better after the change to Lotus, but it’s still the same if not worse. The staff are just not interested in serving you; it’s like you owe it to them. We no longer shop here as we like Value-Mart across the street better and the prices are just as competitive.

Not enough staff at checkout counters. No chicken and fish cutting service. Have to get your own trolley from the parking area. The excuse is not enough staff coz most of them on break!! Never had this problem when it was Tesco

Plenty of parking, plan B for when you can’t find parking at Aeon. Limited selection but veg and fruits section is hygienic and well organised, large garments section. Also has a Mr DIY and a well-stocked Watsons.

Good location, very near 2nd Link. Their products are also nit bad! They sell everything ranging from stationery to potato chips to tote bags. Quite good. Parking is also never full, so you can park your car easily. There is also an arcade, food centre, pharmacy shops, Mr Toy and even a bakery. Not bad! Only thing was, the actual supermarket was hard to find as it was on 2nd floor.

Great place for grocery shopping. I go there when there is need to get basic household items. My kid loves following, very child friendly place, there is mr toy as well as a arcade and archery centre located within the mall. The benefit is less crowded and ample of parking space available

The seafood are fresh. Isles are clean. Need to upkeep and freshen up the veges area. Other than that all are ok.

Conveniently located @Second Link quite big inventory to choose from ample parking space and its free ..only downside the trolleys are all aged and spins 360 degrees and difficult to detach if upgraded will up to 5 stars

The best and most convenient hypermarket in the Bukit India/Nusa Bestari area. Always have promotions for many daily used items. My favourite place for convenient shopping.

Equipped with self checkout machine (cannot buy more than 10 items). Different type of ewallet accepted here. One thing I doesn't really like is the arrangement of the goods. Not well organised and the same thing you can find at different corners. Make it hard to find stuff.

Standard has drop .. many house daily products are not around, Vegi are less good quality, fresh fish no more cleaning up service, no more plastic bags to carry by hand need to buy plastic bags and many more.. 🤕🤕🤕
