The tour was great but we were not allowed to take phones to capture photos. They did offer photo services and had a camera guy. He took photos and we purchased them at the end for $70. We were supposed to receive a link. They said it would take 30 minutes. They never sent the photos. I have emailed and called several times and they will not provide any feedback. I would not recommend at all because what's an experience with no photos and how can you double up charge for photos and not even provide the customer with their photos.

I tried the tour with zip line, ATV and cenote by using gocity pass. Free parking in case you drive yourself here. Zipline: about 3-4 zips it was ok not much difference than others. ATV: Wear a gaggle otherwise you will not able to see due to dust, lots of lots of dust. And your leg might be burning from the engine. Roads are really rough. Your med insurance is covered but not the ATV so if you crush it you have to pay the damage. I personally do not recommend you to do it. Reasons, too dusty, too dangerous and I have heard so much ATV stories ends up really badly. Cenote: Really nice! Free lifejacket. Small cenote only available to the tour group. It is about 8 mins walk from the lobby. So you can just go with your swim suit, no need for towels. In the cenote there are small fishes will eat your dead skin from your foot which is fun and this same activity in cancun requires a charge. Fresh water in cenote chill but refreshing. Tour also come with a lunch and ice tea. The green tortilla is really good I never see this elsewhere. Our guide Luis is a great guy fun and professional. Bring a gopro if you want take pictures free, cam or phones not allow during activities. Tips: Bring a shoes with you if you are doing ATV or Zipline. Drive yourself if you can here is not far from Carmen 15 mins. Bring a gopro

Not sure how many different tours are offered here, but we did the atv/zipline/cenote tour and it was so much fun! Enzo was our tour guide and we couldn't have asked for a better guy. He was funny, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends and family visiting. This is an excursion you must do!

Pleasantly surprised with this nature park. You really "feel" like you're in the jungle and for all intensive purposes you are. Wear comfortable shoes, if you're doing ATV I'd probably stick to sandals that have straps as you'll get quite muddy depending on the day. I had an amazing time zip-lining and the staff was very informative. Bring back the saunas!!!

We booked this tour while waiting for our vehicle at the Car Rental Agency. This was one of the best tour experiences during our trip. It included a specialized tour guide (Sixto) with a big personality, transportation, A Maya Ceremony, an ATV tour through the jungle/natural preserve, Zip lining, Cenote Swim and a light lunch afterwards. Native Park has 3 locations, each offering different activities. Playa del Carmen is the only location to offer ATVs, Zip lining and Cenote Swimming in one package. Native park has lockers available and required for use. Go Pros are permitted on the tour, cell phones aren’t. One of the main focuses was on safety which made the experience more enjoyable. Each group is provided with a photographer to capture the many moments. Be prepared to purchase your photos while in the gift shop at the end of your tour. Photo packages are based on the size of your party and are either put on CD, emailed or saved to a flash drive. Native Park Playa del Carmen was perfect for large and small groups and families. Great memories were made here too!

Juan was an amazing tour guide. The ATV's were a blast on a road groomed (not manicured) for them. The zip was a lot fun and very safe. Be prepared to walk up some stairs but go slow and steady and you'll be fine! The food afterwards was delicious and we ate it up but know that it's not a meal so be sure you eat breakfast and/or lunch so you have energy for all the events. Finally, the cenote was absolutely gorgeous and blew my mind. Come ready to free dive but follow the cautions of your tour guide.

Absolutely loved the encounter. The ATV ...Mayan ceremony, the caves and the zip lining were all amazing activities guided but the coolest tour guide!

A wonderful experience, the ATV The Zipline and the cenote are all amazing. The only two reasons why I didn’t give a five star is because they don’t allow you to take your phone and they do their own photos which they end up charging you so much money. As well as the cenote swim is extremely short.

The guys were very nice and accommodating. Just enough zip lines, the cave with the bats was breath taking. The cenotes was cold and refreshing. Jump in! Atvs was awesome

The tour was amazing. Aaron was our tour guide. ATV, zip lines and swimming in the cave was awesome. They also provided us the bug spray. Note: Don’t wear white shoes!!! It’s pretty muddy in the ATV route.

Great experience. Luis was a great tour guide. Drove ATVs, than zip line on 3 high lines. Than to the beautiful cave for a swim. Will 100% recommend. And will do again if I have the chance to do so.

Best time ever! The service was nothing short of amazing and the small lunch was even good. Book the private group tour if there are lots of you. This was our best activity.

This is a must if you are traveling to the area! It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see a traditional Mayan ceremony, go 4-wheeling through the jungle, zipline above the trees, swim in a beautiful crystal clear water cenote (underground pond inside a cave)! After you have worked up an appetite, they give everyone a traditional and delicious meal with hibiscus water. It's about a 4- hour experience but there is time added for transportation, instructions and waivers, we etc. so it ended up being about 7 hours for us. 1 hour each way on the bus and an extra hour in miscellaneous time spent here and there. It is worth it!

Went with a party of 6... had a great time with the guide. He was very knowledgeable. They were safety protocols in place. Every length of the journey was enjoyably, from the Mayan ceremony, to the ziplining, to swimming in the cenotes and last but not least the ATVs were the most exciting part. I was surprised at the end they even served really good authentic Mexican cuisine. I would definitely return
