Experience with Chaaye Khana is always good. French Toast and Chocolate Molten Cake were so soft and delicious. Good food, excellent ambiance and extensive menu. Overall Place is aesthetically designed and cozy. A little expensive as other similar tea and coffee spots but a nice addition to the growing list of coffee/tea shops in Islamabad. the place is nice and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for family, friends and guests!!

The mountain lava cake with vanilla ice cream is scrumptious 😍. It gets very sweet when u are half way done for those who are not into sweet things that much . A nice and cozy place to sit and talk

Been a regular for more than 10 years however today we found cockroaches in their bean sauce. Disgusted and feeling very betrayed! If this is the level of sheer negligence to what they're serving I can only imagine the disgusting state of their cooks and kitchen! Hope people see this post before they make a decision! Edit: apparently after posting my story in Instagram many people are complaining about the exact same thing and that it's happened to them multiple times

Chaaye Khana is one of those few cafes in Islamabad where the ambiance and food showcases both desi and western cuisine. I always go there for breakfast because that is their specialty and they never disappoint!

Breakfast was okay. Ordered the aloo paratha which was alright. The sweet paratha was better. The cheese omelet was nice and came with a hash brown and toast. Best thing was the mint mojito lemonade which was really nice.

Overall, the experience was good, but the menu could benefit from an uplift. It's been the same for a while, with no new additions. Incorporating options like low-fat milk and other low-calorie foods into the menu would also be a welcome change.

Visited F6 outlet . One of the finest place to have breakfast and tea. The ambiance is cozy and soothing. The food quality is exceptional like always however, the food quantity has been reduced. Mix it is all time favourite . Suggestion Waiters must be assigned specific area for providing service . As we have to place our order two times. Plus the food order was not correct a well on first serving .

Dont miss there Neutella filled french toast they do it unlike anyone else. This is the only dish that would make me visit Chaaye khana again and again and again.

Having afternoon tea after a busy tiring day at Chayee Khana gives you immense pleasure. The tea set (in which they served us green tea) was beautiful and service was fantastic. There was wide selection of cakes, different types of brownies, sandwiches and samosa. The place is just beautiful and style wise a quite big contrast to many of the other places you visit in Peshawar. Great way of spending an afternoon. Walnut brownie was extremely good. I already had my lunch at Gloria so had only brownie with tea. Tea was way too yummy today. ♥️ Tea is my life. 😉 Food great & ambiance very conducive to a relaxed afternoon! Very dry toast, and not so good enough. The service was also not up to the mark. They have forgotten what was ordered, and so did Omlet, Spanish and Cheese Owlette. I would still say that the tea house is the best. I went to this branch again, so that if my first experience was bad by chance, I could do it. Here I found, the French toast was still dry, even I mentioned it clearly. Service was better, Usman sahib was kind.

I am coming here since almost 8 years now. I don't think, I ever visited any place in Isb as much as this. It never disappoints. Reasonable prices, best for breakfasts and evening teas. Although, dinner or lunch variety is limited but still always well made. I have tried some of the best various teas here, "taste of heaven" is highly recommended. Suitable for family and friends gathering.

Decent restaurant. I visited for a solo Sunday Brunch during COVID-19 times. Hygiene and cleanliness was fine, waiters were wearing face masks but no sanitisers on the tables. The French Toast was okay, but not great - a bit dry in the middle. Spanish Omelette was nice and fluffy / fresh so enjoyed that. Lassi was okay but enjoyed the lemonade zest. Ambience was fine although a bit dark.

We ordered this chaat platter and chips. Chips were fine. But this chaat platter had no spices, it was so plain and tasteless. And it was so expensive. Not worth the price. The service was not good too. We waited for like an hour to get this platter. Music choice was good and the dinning setting was fine.

This was my first visit with family and was not disappointed at all. The food was delicious and healthy. We ordered Aloo Paratha, French Toasts, Cheese Omelette and Tea. I have a great experience there. Obviously as there name depicts, chay was so good. We ordered beef qeema with naan (taste was superb), fettuccine Alfredo (it was light, with less spices, good 👍), chicken and jalapeño black olives (less crested, yummiest), Nutella stuffed French toast (great taste), the best thing we ordered, the name is actually skipped from my mind but I add the photo of that dish, if you'd find in the menu, I highly suggest you go for it (delicious, unbeatable I must say!)

Pathetic Customer service. Overpriced and disappointing experience. Halwa puri was not available, club sandwich and chicken burger were tastless, soup and pasta were average. Asked 3 times for the tea and left without having it. I won't recommend it. Waste of time and money.

Ordered, the nihari with some other food items , and along with that they brought 1000 pkr extra chicken qeema which was a waiter error. Well, we were 2 person and ate it , thinking that it might be complementary. (Which I believe was our error) But issue is that restaurant was not willing to accept their mistake. During this chaos among them in finding the waiter on my request (who was disappeared at that moment). We ordered additional naan for qeema as they were of the view that we need to eat it (😂). Icing on the cake, the waiter brought the naan so late that whole food become cold. Very worst experience and extra charged for unnecessary food.

The place was good, loved the environment. The cafe was spacious and different sitting options were available. There were bar stools for single person, tables in center were for those who love liveliness and want more lighted sitting as overall cafe had a darker theme, and then there were also tables that offered more privacy. Newspaper and books ets were also offered for fun/light reading. So atmosphere was a win win... Now coming to food, we ordered alu paratha, pancakes, waffle with chocolate syrup and ice-cream, coffee with donut and dhoodh patti. Everything was amazing. We were enjoying the food so much that we later ordered one extra alu paratha. Would have ordered everything extra but then it was gonna get a pricy. The service was also really fast and good and there was no wait at all (unlike many other reviews i read before going). I gave 4/5 stars for service because while serving the waiter did a mistake and provided waffle without ice-cream but he corrected himself immediately. Also a note to all, like any other cafe/restaurant thay havu 15% govt tax on all items but this tax is reduced to 5% if you pay through card instead of cash in hand... I must say the experience was worth it!!

You get what you pay for. We arrived at 4am, no one was there to open the gates. We had to call the hotel and eventually were let in. We then discovered our small family room had a leaking sink. The young hotel staff decided to turn this off and went back to bed when we complained. We literally had no water till he awoke that morning and I brought this to his attention. The next day, the water was cold and the iron burnt my shawl! I receieved no compensation and left paying the full rate. On a positive the beds were comfortable, tea served was nice and there are heaters in every room. The guest house is in desperate need of renovation so before you book just consider these things. If you are not too bothered then its fine.

Ordered a lava cake and french toasts. Lava cake was good but i donot recommend french toasts. They were tasteless and werent cooked properly. Overall its a good place to hangout with friends.

The best part, they serve free tea on Tuesdays for women. Their playlist is very nice. The whole ambiance is very warm. Their waffles, chicken strips and red velvet cupcakes are must try! If you’re there for breakfast you shouldn’t leave without having mushroom toast.

By no means its any good for coffee. Its a hotchpotch of various cuisines. Over crowded and cheating staff that once stole my PKR 5,000/- The owner lady is will ill mannered. Nothing original about it. It booms in business because mostly Pakistanis who go there are such who have limited, poor, or not enough high society international experience thus they like bit of this and that. For example their cheese omelette has the cheapest white cheese but its being devoured. Everything is greasy and unhealthy.

We visited Islamabad for some official work. After it was done, we decided to have breakfast and chose this place. I had a considerably good experience. I’m not always thrilled at new places due to some or the other reason but this one was different! Food was delicious! In particular, the French toasts are awesome here!

This place is like a daylight robbery. You'd expect a 200Rs. cup of tea would be something special, but it's just a small cup (not even large) and very ordinary taste tea. Expensive parathas are like normal home paratha. Omelettes were big but still 3x the cost. All in all, a terribly expensive breakfast place. Avoid, or you'll repent after tasting the food and will feel even more regret when you see the bill.

The have an exquisite atmosphere and one of the most lavish breakfast. Crepes with eggs and Sausage is a must try! Especially on Tuesday and Wednesday, your lady will have a free Tea due to Ladies week days. You get a free donut on an order of Black coffee! Btw Croissants with egg and cheese is love! Highly recommended for couples, friends and families.

Aesthetically it’s a great place to go to, In regards of quality of food it’s mediocre The French toast was okay, the best bit being the cherry. The waffle with ice cream was bland the ice cream saved it if it wasn’t for the ice cream it would not have been edible. The cappuccino wasn’t to drink even with 3x sugar the latte art was nice however The lemon fiz drink was one of the highlights of my visit along with the chicken and jalepeno samosas. The service was shabby in my opinion. We got seated and didn’t receive a menu till we asked for one nor did someone come round to ask for our order. Pricing according to the food was in my opinion shambolic. If you improve the taste of your food I’d be happy to come again but then again this might be due to me having extravagant taste but to each their own

Food was good. We ordered grilled chicken. Sauce was delicious, I want the recipe 😄. Service was a bit slow. Good place for casual meet ups. However, I won't recommend it to the fans of calm and serene places with good view around. Seats are too close to each other so neighbors hear and stare each other. I don't usually pretty much follow the so-called etiquette thing, eating in serving plate with more colours attracts me more than taking portions in small plate. Not sorry for that. 😂 5/5 for the taste.
